So, I just called Nars CS

fortunately for me & for the lovely lady that answered the phone she totally got it. I told them that they've known about this probelm for almost a year & have not resolved it. I told them that on media a large number of people do not want to order from them because of the chaos & lack of CS availability. I suggested strongly lol that they scrap their cart & maybe get a new development team for the site because it doesn't serve the customer as is. I also told them that no other large site like Nordies etc. makes it this difficult to be able to place an order!

One of the issues with the cart/ordering according to her, is that it authorizes the card several times (creating those multi charges) once for estimated taxes, then again for correct taxes, and then again when your order is processed for shipping. HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thats 3 times on your card.

It felt good to have my say. She said she was going to bring up my concerns with her at a meeting they are going to have.

Fingers crossed that they will get it together. However, it has been months and Belk has gotten its online system in order yet. ^%$#. The good news is we can get it from Barney's and/or Sephora.

I've been playing around with Dominique & Kelly. They got here about half an hour ago. Unfortunately, I can't capture the colors in photos today. Maybe tomorrow. Dominique in pictures comes off way too pinky. There's no pink in it at all. It's a straight up dusty, dirty purple/mauve. It's beautiful. As for Kelly, everyone needs Kelly. Everyone. It's such a perfect coral because of the amount of red. I'm pretty sure it won't turn crazy on me like the ones that lean too orange or peach. The most impressive thing is how it feels. It goes on super smooth and it really is pigmented in the first swipe. It makes my lips look healthy and that's w/o my beloved Prep+Prime lip by Mac. When I removed it my lips felt good and not rough and dry. I can't wait to wear one these tomorrow over the period of a few hours. Hopefully, it holds up and I expect it to. So tempted to order more right now.

Isn't the coverage amazing! You're right, it does make the lips look full & healthy. I've had Annabella on all day & it still looks great even with drinking coffee!

Audrey is just the perfect muted red, I wouldnt call it red even. Its soooooooooooo pretty! Sylivia is gorgoeus too though pretty dupable I guess with all the pantone shade of the year coming out! But OMG these are super pigmented and goes on so smoooothhhh.
Well now I need to own them all

I would have to agree with you that Nars does make a quality lipstick and they know it. I guess that's why they charge so much more for their product.

No not at all. You could if you wanted, but I don't think its necessary. It still hasn't budged on my lips. They truly are amazing quality & like no other lipsticks I have.

It's going to be hard, but I think I will wait until these hit Sephora or Nordstroms before I buy again. I have a lot of clothes I need to buy and I'm more comfortable with those stores. Barbara and Charlotte are next for me. I'm thinking Barbara looks more flattering for me than Brigitte right now.
