You can call Nordstrom's main cs number you can get the # on their site. Or do a Live Chat. They will do whatever they can to track down items you want. They've done it for me several times. One time it was only a Butter London n/p. It was a new color & sold out everywhere. I was thrilled when she told me she located it. I thought I would try my luck & ask if she'd honor the sale that had just ended of buy 2 get one free. And sure enough she said she'd be glad to honor that promotion. So I bought 2 of the color I was looking for & one that I wanted and just hadn't bought it yet. That is why they are my "go to first" store because their customer service has always been top priority.I'm pretty irritated. I waited for Nordstroms, because they're my prefered store. I asked them twice what day they planned on release it. They said 9/05. Now they released it early and it's sold out. I guess I'll just pass this one up. But I'm pretty pissed at Nordstroms.
