Finally got my NM and bloomies shipments in the last 2 days. Have to say, LOVE LOVE LOVE Softcore. I thought it'd be so ehhh on such a pale gal like me, but I saw a few pix and decided to chance it. Amazeballs! I buffed out the edges well and its gorgeous. I'll have to try to get up a pic or two. Haved tried Stroked yet, but drool as well.
Love TF Black Cherry Nail Polish, the tips are 'fading' down a bit, but the color is gorgeous and it dried so quickly I was amazed. I'll be wearing this for the rest of the year for sure.
Got Negligee already but since it was sold out everywhere when I placed my orders, I picked up the Guerlain Air Kiss lippie.. its close in color.. if not a tad bit darker, not as creamy and the finish is much different. Its got a bit of a wet look and a little sparkle (not very noticeable and not frosty) but attributes to the 'wetness'. Its a thinner formula as well so far not as long lasting.
I'm interested in trying the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Lipstick in Bond Girl, however based on their CS, the Matte's wont be available in the states until early next year. And I'm not paying 25 pounds for shipping. That's just more makeup I could be buying lol.
NM messed up tho and forgot to include my TF mini lippie - so they're sending me a Cle de Peau Enriched Lip Luminizer in 203, its place. Can't wait to see what this one is!

Thanks for all the info! I was thinking of getting Air Kiss and it hadn't even crossed my mind it would be similar to Negligee so I'm glad you brought it up. For some reason I thought it was plummier. Great comparison.MedGal you are gorgeous. Those pix are just RAWR!

I'm so bummed to hear the Charlotte Tilbury matte lipsticks won't be here until next year! That's so disappointing. That definitely has me shifting focus to the TF holiday collection. I've been checking instagram for more photos but nothing else has popped up yet. Can't wait!

Got Silvered Topaz in the mail two days ago. I am head over heels in love -- the colors and quality are just perfect. I'd seen the glitter described as "grown up" and it couldn't be more accurate. They look like giant cornflakes in the pan but turn into tiny pinpoint jewels on the lid. I'll swatch it when it's not dreary and overcast here.

Hi ladies Been scarce for a little while due to my boys 3rd birthday and other things Anyhow I just ordered from neimans and never ordered from there before And how I ordered negligee they did have it in the uk but I left it too late and its sold out as it had 10%off items tom ford Twist of Faye they have 24 of but I don't think that one will suit me Anyhow if my order goes through as I'm in the uk My frirnd will recieve it in 3-5 days I think it said I'm so glad I ordered it but hoping it will suit me As it's a lot of money to waste if it doesn't My friend is posting my parcel out to me on oct 2 Nd or around that time So I'm hoping it be there by then fingers crossed x I love seeing swatches of negligee

Here you go! Silvered Topaz, one or two swipes over unprimed skin. Could not capture the glitter for the life of me. I was unimpressed with the colors until I actually made a look out of it (upper right pan over entire lid, lower left pan swept into the crease and blended into the outer corner, tiny smidge of lower right pan to add depth to outer corner (and you only need the tiniest smidge)), and then I was done for. This transforms into something ethereal on the lid. I've become That Person -- I've dressed up and worn it everywhere for the last two days regardless of how menial the errand was. I feel like a princess wearing it. Whatever textural issues were present when this palette initially launched are gone now because they apply evenly and blend without effort.
I will say that this palette works best with a denser brush. The pigment is finely milled, but it's dense enough that my Chikuhodo GSN9 has trouble picking it up. I have a Hakuhodo J004G that's too big for my hooded lids (I need to get the J242G), but I use it with this palette just so I save an extra five minutes.

I haven't no tom ford eyeshadows are they really good better than mac ? Or chanel ? Or are they the same sort as chanel the high end cosmetic company's I haven't no chanels either lol x

Out of weird nostalgia, I bought a tube of Revlon's Toast of New York lipstick. I haven't done a side-by-side swatch yet, but it seems really similar to Negligee. The Revlon formula is creamier, a little more shine. I will post a swatch if they look close together.

Hi Hun nearly x the bottom one is darker Would love to try that too but I don't think we have that colour here in the ukOkay, they're not super similar, but it was worth checking! Negligee on top, TONY on bottom. (But if you've never tried Toast of New York, you should -- really nice classic.)

Dropped Negligee in the laundromat today, from about hip height. Dented one of the corners. The lippy is OK, just a small ding, but I don't think I'll be travelling with her anymore. I was just musing the other day about how sturdy the packaging is compared to all the other lipstick brands I own. I can't imagine how it would have gone with a less sturdy tube.

I'm happy the lippie is savedand I too rarely travel with my Tf lippies sometimes but my fear of losing a $50 lipstick keeps them at HomeDropped Negligee in the laundromat today, from about hip height.
