Yes. It would kill the site. If they announce a time, they'd have to do a waiting room.

Someone on Instagram said a MAC customer service rep gave them an estimated launch time of 9:29... I'm not sure how credible that is, but I hope it's sometime before 10!

It's annoying but also I think it prevents things from selling out CRAZY fast. Like Rocky Horror but nonMAC fans are probably not waiting around all morning

It's nearly 2.20 pm here lunch time and it's usually launched by now One of the collections was launched at 5.30 pm or 5 pm In my time x so maybe it be the same again

It's a shame they can't (or won't?) fix their website enough so that it could handle set launch times.

The lack of a specific time is 90% of the reason why I hate shopping for their products online.
