My friend called CS and the operator told her to call back in half an hour, they will make her order for her.

I just refreshed the page for the lipsticks and the add to cart button was there, and disappeared .5 seconds later.

I called too, but my lady wasn't helpful either. I was just told that there is a delay, and the best way to get notice about the launch is through the email & text. :nope:

Same here with the extra data charges. I had my phone on personal hotspot from 6am to 8:30am until I made it to work. Now I'm on my iPad and my work computer staliking the site. Oh the desperation.

I keep refreshing the RHPS lipstick page and sometimes it totally fakes me out and the "add to bag" button pops up instead of "COMING SOON". Ughhhhh! Is this happening to anyone else? My heart skips a beat and I'm like OH MAI GAWD IT IS TIME and then it switches back to coming soon and I die a little inside.
