yea when I called this am the lady said well u can get the email and texts I said they never come on time they come after everything's gone and she said really I'm sorry 2 hear u get them delayed!! Like everyone does dangit which is y we're going nuts!

It is simply amazing how clueless MACs CS is. Simply AMAZING! Anyways, I just caught up from page 221. I see the chaos is still in full force. LOL MAC should be ashamed of themselves. What could have went wrong that they weren't able to anticipate days ago? SMH

Thanks sweet Dolly, I just got off the phone with mac and they said they are gonna send me another one. I'm having it sent to my dads house since he's 74, retired and pretty much at home most of the day. Unfortunately mac said they can't give me tracking so I won't know exactly when it supposed to arrive but they did say it will be overnight shipping but will take 48-72 hours to process. Now if only I can figure out when ups makes their rounds in my dads neighborhood...

Oh that's good. Glad they could replace it and I'm so glad you could get it delivered to your dads place! I'm guessing it'll be there by Wednesday, hopefully

Ladies, all of you that regularly order from mac, could you please answer this question? Does my credit card info come out on the shipping receipt inside the package? I'm worried about some stranger having access to my info and in my state of panic I can't remember what is printed on that damn paper.

No, it doesn't. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even tell how you paid. The only think on there is the return label and your address info.

No -- no invoice should ever have your cc info on the slip. Last four digits at the most, but nothing else...

I am looking at a receipt from a recent online order. It has your name, address and telephone number at the top. The middle section shows the number of items shipped, the item, its description, the unit price and the total price. Below where the Summary is, it will state how you paid, PayPal or Visa, etc, but no personal payment info is given other than the form of payment. If you are a pro member, your pro membership number is shown along with its barcode. Then at the very bottom is where they have the return labels in case you need to send something back to them. Hope this helps.
