Yeah...confusing. As it was believed to be unsafe previously, and now for whatever reason, they have been found safe, they should probably pull out that important fact and make a separate and specific notation at the bottom, rather than bury it within the description copy. Just my opinion on how to make it more clear, and not leave oneself open to potential liability lawsuit issues...
Definitely! They should do something to make it clear that things have changed, for whatever reason. Maybe they have reformulated them slightly, or maybe an ingredient in them was previously not approved for the waterline when they came out before, but now is. Or it's possible that they completely made that description up and could encounter some serious lawsuits soon!

Well at least I have some coffee and toast now, in it for the long haul again! On the upside, at least we know it'll be posted in the next 5 hours?

They do. They flat out say it on there that it is safe for the waterline. That's what I don't understand. It says this...

"The ultimate product for achieving a come-hither, smoky look. Blend it out as a shadow or use as a liner (on lash or waterline) for a more dramatic effect."
I'd say you are safe using them on the waterline. The question whether they last on YOUR waterline or not will depend on the composition of your intraocular fluid (the clear fluid that flows out through the pupils).

Thanks, love! Yes, that's a very different question indeed! Knowing me, the answer to that question will be a big fat no, haha, but if I am able to find an opportunity to try one out, I might!

LOL! I still pay overnight sometimes. I'm super impatient!! I know, it's crazy when I can get it in a couple days for free. I don't know what I would do if I had to wait as long as some of you! I'd go even crazier than I already am!
