Sloppy is definitely the word I would use to describe MAC lately. I still love them, but they need to work some things out.

I agree, it's insane. The Consumerist did a story on it a while back. But yeah, well, no skin off my nose. I'll spend my money elsewhere. But that's one of the reasons that I've been more into MAC lately.
