I just tired to close my computer and pull away but I had so much regret because all my waiting/stalking from yesterday and earlier this morning would've been for NOTHING. I can't do that to myself. I have to get SOMETHING out of this. UGH

So I tried being sneaky and calling the online ordering people--I asked if I could still order on the phone, I wasn't sure if it was a technical issue or a stock issue.
She said it's the latter--she made it sound like they don't even have it available to ship.
How is that something you fix in a few hours, or even 24?!?

I'm in manhattan. I'm just gonna show up to the store when they open. I mean what's sleep when uve lost 2days of itI called the mac store 2 1/2 hours away from me. They said they will have the collection out Thursday. Hubs still thinks I should get a room and drive up Wednesday night. Idk? Right now, I'm so pissed and disappointed

I'm really trying to be understanding of it all. Feels like it's a corporate problem. They are prob waiting for word from them and being kept in the dark as well. This reminds me of my job lol. Even though certain things aren't your fault for bad experiences, you still get blamed. I can see why employees don't know what to do.

Sometimes I really wonder with Mac. Some days I think all of this is their marketing tactic and they're well aware of what they're doing and then other days I really think they're stupid and don't understand what you have to do to get their LE items. Like with most collections, you aren't going to casually load up the site after it's been launched for an hour and still think you're going to get anything that you wanted. In their responses sometimes I feel like they think they're much more available than they actually are
