So for some reason the Nars Virtual Domination Palette won't ship to Canada.... wtf Sephora!?!?! So unfortunate. I might have to get it shipped to the border and go pick it up myself, but that's really strange and disappointing for people further north.

Call them. It's often a mistake. Some products genuinely can't ship across the border (SPF products, for instance) but I don't see what the problem is here. I've seen this with the HG Ambient blush and more recently with the Guerlain Perles d'Etoiles. If you call in, they can confirm whether there's an actual reason or whether they just need to report the glitch and have it fixed. It generally takes a couple of days.

Well I received one last year via USPS....However, I moved in March so maybe it's tied up in the mail. In addition, I'm VIB Rouge, so I should have gotten one.

I'm new to the Sephora thing and VIB Rouge myself but wasn't informed I'd get one automatically because of that but if that's how it works, I'd call them and ask as I think it ends today, could be tomorrow though.

The one you're talking about (the VIB sale) is usually in November. That's the one that all VIBs get access to.
