I was babysitting my God daughter who loves my makeup. Every time she visits she makes a beeline to my vanity. Well this time the gold container caught her eye. The next thing I hear is my 3 year old son say " Don't touch my mommy's balls! She doesn't like it." I fell over laughing as he standing there looking at me like I lost my mind.

Yeah I just received my a replacement, I had mentioned that nordstrom had shipped itpto me a while back. Is it easier to open now after opening it the first time? Interesting that dore 04 turns dark on you, so if u like would u be able to do a soft contour with it?

That's impressive! I view you as a very discreet and selective shopper. That you purchased a backup of the holiday balls is a huge endorsement of the product.

Thank you I will take that as a compliment. I do not really buy back ups ever... maybe I did it two or three times so far.

My Crazy Pearls just arrived in flawless condition from Singapore!

They're a Christmas gift so I need to put them aside, but I'll try to take an early pic later. My first impression (not swatched - I won't cheat and actually try them) is that they'll be a brighter, pinker version of the Medium pearls. They have the same champagne and purple pearls but the pink is darker and more plentiful and there are a few white pearls as well.

this is unheard of!

i called them 4 times to see what happened with my return and they were always clueless. Then I filed a dispute and after I got someone from their CS who was pretty much threatening me that since I did that they are not going to play nice with me any more. Hhahah can you believe it?

They finally sent me return confirmation email 9 weeks after a return . And now they blocked my account

Oh that's just not right on many a level, they should be ashamed.
