I'm back home now, trying to catch up.
Wow lime crime was pulled fast, I tried to order while I was away but my internet died and when I got back on, I couldn't find the velvetines.
How long is it taking sephora to ship orders? I placed one on the 14th, and there's no status update. I usually get my items overnight or second day (I'm Rouge so shipping is free, but it always arrives super quick)
I know it was a weekend, so I'm not concerned, but I think it's weird it hasn't even been shipped

I'm Rouge and received 250 pts, but was never sent an email about any of this. Also, how long does Sephora plan to take catching up with these orders?! It's strange enough they dropped the ball with this sale, but my gawd, recover already! I'm not even personally annoyed in regards to getting my orders, it's just bad business and the inefficiency pains my OCD.

Has Sephora picked up the slack with its shipping yet? I was about to place an order to the States hoping to pick it up while I'm in NY for Black Friday shopping but now I'm questioning whether it will even be there in time.. :-/
