for those who already used their GC online, did it take some time to receive an order confirmation? i've recently ordered. 10 mins has passed and i haven't received an order confirmation. sephora is usually very quick with this.

If you need an amazing red lipstick try Guerlain Rouge Parade----it's GORGEOUS. I have it on today along w/the Rouge Parade lip gloss. Totally non-sticky! I was out
in the wind and rain and my hair didn't stick to the gloss. This formula is insane!!! I just want to roll around in a vat of this stuff!!!

I've used the YSL Touche Éclat for several months now and I love it. I've had no issues with the pen tip having any odor whatsoever. What exactly are these people
doing with it---that's just all wrong. If used properly there should be no issues with it.

I'm assuming the VIBRs who only got $20 off qualified after October 1st? Either way they need a better management system. The majority of people who haven't received their emails or cards in the mail yet is ridiculous. Don't get me started on people like me who NEVER get emails or mail at all. I'm VIBR as well. So much for being "very important" #eyeroll

ya that's how I feel sometimes about VIB & VIBR, like what's the point.. with all the screwups & not really anything special for us, they don't do much to make any1 feel very impt.
* I don't get any of the emails or mailers too, all my info is corrects & I tried to fix it a couple times but even CS said they really don't know what the prob is or how to fix it.
