I'm here to vent in a major way. So I never received my vib rouge coupon. I called in and asked for it to be emailed to me. I was told that wasn't possible but that I could order over the phone or go in store. I told them that I am traveling a lot currently so cannot order over the phone. I was reassured the discount could be applied in store. I went to the store and after 20 minutes of the representative attempting to look up my information I was told I am SOL. She said that it's an error with their system and there is no way to generate a code for me even though she can see I should have one. I was livid and had to go back to work so didn't have time to speak with a manager. I did just leave an angry comment on the sephora forum about it since I also can't call in right now. I walked out of sephora and purchased my foundation at Nordstrom. With so many retailers with superior rewards programs, I'm completely done with this mess

This happened to me as well except that I didn't go in store. But I got the same, you're not active thing. I was able to get my gift card information by sending a message to their Sephora page on facebook as was suggested by someone in this forum. I received it the same day via a facebook message even though the telephone CS rep told me that they couldn't generate a code for me. I placed my order yesterday online and had no problems.The mascara is a bit much lol. Sephora's in-house brand has really stepped up their prices quality so I'll probably get the lipstick that I don't need

Wow. I'm so sorry that happened to you. It's too bad the employee didn't request a manger who might have had the authority to override the system and afford you the discount.

I spent the better part of the morning on the phone with my bank, canceling cards and getting new ones.
I thought about the massive systems problems we experienced w/Sephora during the sales, and I have to believe they are as hackable as any other
merchant.

Oh my, thanks for the heads up! If someone were to be using my cards Ito make purchases in sephora, my credit card company won't be able to detect any unusual spending lol. Definitely going to keep an eye out on my acct now!

I had that happen not all that long ago, fortunately my bank caught it right away. The fraud dept even let me place my order online at Sephora before they closed it & sent me a knew card lol.

I despise nothing more than a cyber thief.I won't bore you with happened to me and my identity 15 years ago other to say that I'm glad there are protections in place for the consumer in case of credit card/identity fraud...back when it happened to me I felt like the perps had more protection than me the victim. Hopefully you were able to resolve all charges with your cards. Sorry to hear this happened to you.

Oh no!!! Her foundation sticks have a yellow undertone to it so its not going to look great at a contour and Golden Almond is a huge color jump if you're an NC30. I'm a nc45....just to give you a comparison...if I wanted to contour using her foundation stick which I wear the shade golden for all over I'd have to reach for golden almond. Its best to use a contour with a gray undertone to it because you are trying to create a natural shadow and unfortunately BB foundation sticks do not contain that gray undertone.Hope that makes sense? Check out Becca...I believe there is a contour product within their line.
