I love buying from indie companies (I love Whip Hand Cosmetics out of MI) and even during their most hectic months I've received my order within 3 days. So when I hear of folks having a long wait it gives me a reason to be somewhat concerned.

Then you've got lucky with indies. Most of my indie orders take at least a week, up to two weeks. It's normal.

actually with colorpop the delay doesnt bother me much (i guess i expect a delay when i place the order these days). I like that they respond to all the emails and do manage to ship it out without having to have multiple correspondence!

I agree! I emailed the about something and they replied very quickly, Theyre great! But I dont know $25 shipping to Canada although its still worth it I'd say. The last order they shipped me though was in a HUGE box and cost me $30 in duties, that sucked

I feel better hearing that they are speedy with customer questions.Customer service is big in my book. About to place my order.

All of the colors are beautiful. Some of my favs include, Grind, Bichette, LBB, Ellarie, Bambi, I Heart This, Lumiere, Leather, Flawless.....Just to name a few.

While the regular sized ones are .4, i think the lippieto go set is .2 & .2 ( pencil & lippiestix) so still a good deal I suppose!! I received mine yest too and quite like it!!!
