I got my Semi Sweet Chocolate palette today & I LOVE it! I love the shades & the pigmentation.

I have been teeter tottering back and forth about this palette. I'm finally near a Sephora that shows it in stock, so I'm thinking I will go check it out in person today. Which almost positively means I will come home with it!

when I worked at sephora I always felt so bad when ppl came in for something OOS but the website said we had it :/
one time someone was so so pissed, the web said we had a KVD perfume... girl we didn't even sell it lmao

YES!! call them and mention ur samples are missing and they'll give u 100 pts that way its not a total loss!


Sooooo im tempted to grab that pantone palette! i think its perfect colors for woc complexions. i had to pass on that marsala lipstick tho cuz i can see how it could serve granny realness on my lips reeeeeal quick!! i did however grab the marsala gel liner tho cuz its like nothing i have and its goooorgeous!! other than that im gonna savor my gc from xmas til maaaaybe the next sale...aint it normally around spring?

ANY SWATCHES OR REVIEWS FOR KAT VON D N LM CONTOUR PALETTES SEND EM TO ME!!! i love anything contour n wanna kinda compare since its powder vs cream cuz im sure im gettin at least one of em!!

Love! I just got it about a month ago and haven't used my prolongwear since. I actually use it to cover my crazy dark bags! Lasts all day and doesn't crease (I also set w powder)

I was so hoping it would be a winner and even though I've watched reviews on the foundation they have very few of the concealers. I definitely need something to last all day and it was either that or Dermablend.

YES!! i was lucky enuff to grab 2 of em (medium n porcelain) for $7 ea on clearance at JCPenny Sephora!! it was about a year ago so i just knew kvd was gettin tossed from the lineup but nope lol. i have heavy duty dark circles so i mix the 2 and it has full coverage!

Unfortunately I wont be that lucky KiKi , however, I am going to grab 1 maybe 2 shades. I have horrible acne scars and the various lightening serums just don't seem to be working for them. They're minimal though so spot treating and then setting w/ powder will make my skin virtually flawless. And I can camo these slightly heavy under eyes. I drink enough water so I know that's not it. Thanks love.

I'm contemplating on how badly I do or don't need this palette. After a little decluttering I'll make the decision then, but it's gorgeous especially the blue one.

So I was torn between getting the original chocolate bar palette and the semi-sweet one when I met a friend for lunch today and she got me the original as a Christmas gift. (YAY!) Now the question is, do I use some of my Christmas gift cards to get the semi-sweet one also later on (to work my way toward VIB rouge) or should I just be happy with the original one? Are the two palettes similar at all?

I couldn't agree more. Online pics make it look more orange-y and scary than it really is. Both versions are a necessity.
