MAC X Toledo Collection (Feb 5, 2015)

I really want to see a person of color in Oxblood. I will probably end up getting that (and tone it down with a lipliner) and Sin.

I am praying that I will be near my computer at launch time. Will probably have to sneak out of class or let the students out early.

My AB blush doesn't even show up on my complexion (NC45)

I'm super pale, maybe NC 10 or 15 and Azalea Blossom doesn't even show up on me unless I put on like 5 layers of it.

That was my first impression when we got the color story. Like, why release so many similar shades in one collection? Not to mention we just had a collection full of reds (RHPS), plus Kinky and Nasty Gal had two reds.... jeez

And I'm skipping. Everything looks like repromotes. Kindergarten red is just a pink blush and ripe peach is a lot less coral than I wanted. Oh well money saved.

The lack of lipstick swatches makes me think I'll have to go in store for this collection which sucks because my store opens at 7:30 and I don't work until 10. May have to go early

Opera looks much brighter in Christine's photos and darker in Karen's swatches. I wonder which one is more accurate? They look completely different to me.

I find usually Karen's swatches are more color accurate.

I am probably the only person who bought ripe peach when it was released first and never ever used it. not even once 

Tbh, I have not used mine more than 5 times. I HAD to have it when it came out, but it's not that great on me.
