Looks like it. I hope it's not as stiff and dense as some flat-topped brushes can be. I have one from Hakuhodo and I never use it. It's my only Hakuhodo fail (apart from an obscenely big - and utterly useless - lip brush).

That reminds me a little of one of my absolute favorite and most loved brushes, that LE split fiber angled kabuki brush from that first Extra Dimension collection. I'm sure this one is different, since the kabuki has a different kind of handle without the ferrule and a winder surface area on the top. If it's some sort of wide, not perfectly flat hybrid of a chiseled cheek contour brush and a paddle shaped bronzer brush, I am going to loose my sh*t. That is for sure Split Fiber, that much I'm positive about, which I really love for face brushes anyways.
