If you're having to order online Nordies and Bloomingdales are the only ones who sell TF with free returns, unless you have a NM card in which case their returns are free as well.

And also except it nordies, the products have to be unused as well I believe!!

I just received something on Sat with the return label. Yes, if you hold on to it for like 2 weeks you pay to return. But you can always return to a store. So not sure when the policy changed....

I think it was only a couple weeks ago, if that. Very recent. I don't have a Nordies within reasonable travel distance, much less a Neimans, so I can only order and return online.

got to their website. Look up policy on returns. It clearly states use the "Smart Label" and it is no charge for returns. Provided it is returned with thin 14 days of purchase.

I just went there again, it is 15 days, no card needed from NM. So not sure what website you are referring to. I also just called them, and was told the same thing.

l really want to get the summer eye cheek compact. The shades look much much nicer than last summer'so version imo. I think it would be a nice way to try the brand.

No idea, again, who knows, but I do not have a NM or a BG card and when I called the customer service # I was told no charge for returns whether you use another form of payment. Plus by Illinois law, what they have posted on their website they must honor. Which is free returns, period, within 15 days

My link above and text copied & pasted is from the Neiman Marcus web site. I am on a desktop, not their mobile site. Click on where it says Free Shipping on the upper left of the page to read the pop-up where I copied the text from and linked. I have already gotten the new labels that say $7.50 and no longer mention the 14 day grace period. I'm sure if your order came with the old one they will honor it. I have found their Live Chat and phone people to be clueless in the past so it wouldn't surprise me if they were ill-informed on the policy change.
