I have found using purple liner with green shadow is pretty cool. Or a gray eyeliner too. Green is a tough color to match up. There are so many hues and values in the various colors of the liners. Do you have the TF green liner? The mascara is not really teal. It is more green. Chanel had a eyeliner I think it was called Ebene or something like that. It is the old formula, so I had to warm it up with my hair dryer for a few seconds or the drag on the eye lid was awful. Plum eyeliner would work well too.

All really great ideas!! I'm getting anxious to play!!!

She confirmed that shipping is still free, but returns with the Smart Label are only free if you use the NM or BG card. From a **desktop computer** when you click on the Free Returns blurb next to "Neiman Marcus" on the upper left side of their home page you get this pop-up:

I just went to their website and looked up returns, and it said nothing about charging for shipping back. Again, the consumer laws vary from State to State. In Illinois, a merchant must honor what is posted even if the policy had changed and their website not updated. Too confusing and conflicting stories. I don't use mobile site. I did look about online purchases and that stated it was updated 1/22/2015, but nothing about charging for smart label returns. Time to go back and play with makeup.

Easy solution, just keep what you order....Chanel doesn't have free returns, and the super rare occasion I do return something I just pop it in the small box if it fits it ships. It was 4.95 but as with everything the cost probably has gone up. I hate the smart label returns since the items seem to go through the Far East before heading to Texas. I have the patience of a gnat, and waiting for 7-10 business for something to get back to Texas, I just pay the priority mail rate. Since I do get tracking and insurance on it for the base price.

As goofy as this sounds, try to locate the color wheel used from an art class. It really works for figuring out the colors for your eyeshadow/liner/blush/lips. If you want the eyeliner to pop, use a color across the wheel from the eyeshadow shade. If you want a subtle look, use the same color of a color on either side on the wheel of the color you are wearing. I have also found the color mascara pops more when you first use a black base mascara, let dry, then use the color one. Yes, I ignore the rule of if you have vibrant eyes you must wear a neutral lip. I love a good vampy lip. Yes, even during the day.

I played around this morning. If you combine the lighter color plum over the darker indigo, you get the purple shown on the model. Basic Art 101, blue and red make purple. My art teacher would be proud I finally used what he taught me.

Interesting!! Plus now Urban Decayis selling the aura/ Glinda duo. The possibilities!!!

I used Raw Jade today. I liked the look. The SA told me to layer the lighter color over the darker and I did. I think I will play around with it more. I just put it on that way with a midbrown in the crease to transition. I can't remember if I ever got around to putting a highlight shade on. I didn't put on a green liner because I have so many of them and couldn't make up my mind in the rush to get to work. I also didn't try the green mascara. I just wasn't sure if it would be too much. I wore the TF black pen liner though. Went with Mac Bad Girl Gone Good which is basically a neutral blush on me and my new LM lipstick in Crushed Pecan. I probably should have gone with TF as I have so many I have purchased recently. Probably should have worn Savage blush or one of the duos and a TF lipstick. I really want to play around with this duo as I skipped the makeover but unfortunately I have too many new products to try. I bought the other 2 duos so I may just wear one of them tomorrow.

Please post if you have a green liner you like with Raw Jade. Off the top of my head, I have Mac Rosemary and Thyme, Mystery, Bankroll, Emerald Sea, Tarnish, Forever Green and probably a few others. Oh I just took a quick look through my stash and have Mac Treat Me Nice and Desires and Devices liquid liners. I never did get around to getting all the superslick liners like I meant to do. Also found 2 green pencils with Smashbox 3D liners, 3D Sparks and 3D Billionaire.

I have used Gray with Raw Jade and black. The black was when I was going out at night; black made sense. The gray was for a daytime look. Charlotte Tilbury has a beautiful gray liner; it's the one I have.

As for blush, I actually wore a really like pink one time (outer ring of Charlotte Tilbury Cheek blusher- Sex on Fire) and the other time, I wore Gucci Spicy Petal- another pale peachy pink. For warmer looks I can see wearing an orange (I know it sounds odd, but I think it will work.). I will try Chanel Canaille with it, or CT Ecstasy to see.

Raw Jade is lovely, No regrets in purchasing it. It looks super when I used the plum shadow with it, then used the two color mascaras. One color for top lashes, and the other for lower lashes.

ICL you had me going through my eye pencils and I was surprised to see that I have 5 green ones that might
compliment Raw Jade. They definitely go well with my Armani Eye Tint in Émeraude. I won't know how they
fair with Raw Jade until it arrives on Thursday. Amazing what one can find shopping one's stash! It was fun.

Savage blush is a great idea. I don't think I have any green liners! I usually use brown liners to offset shadow. I love my Marc Jacobs gel liners. I use Brownout and Sunset a lot. Although with the iridescent shade in the jade duo, that changes things up so not sure about brown with it. I won't get my duo until Weds or Thurs so I'm not sure what will go. Nars Rue de Rivoli or Urban Decay 24/7 in Stash, Loaded or Invasion? Or maybe the Marc gel liner in Overt (forest green)? Hard to say without seeing it - once I play with it maybe I can think of some other options. ;-)

I've been using Milani's Liquid Eye pencil in Brown and Nudestix Bronze eye pencil but I'm tempted by that Brown(out) liner.

Looks like we don't get the duos here in Germany since Kadewe has just updated their Tom Ford online department and they only have the cream shadow, no duo in sight.

I've been using Milani's Liquid Eye pencil in Brown and Nudestix Bronze eye pencil but I'm tempted by that Brown(out) liner.

I love Brown(out). I love all the MJ gel liners really. They're creamy and smudgeable but once they set they don't transfer (on me). I got that 7-piece skyliner set from Sephora and I've been using them non-stop almost daily. They get a big thumbs up from me!
