MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

I feel like FAAB works on dark skin tones because it shows up more? What's your complexion? It's not my fav, but it's Cinderella and Royal Ball was sold out when I bought it!

I'm super pale but my lips are fairly pigmented. I think it would look sheer on me like in temptalia's swatches

Just ordered Glass Slipper, how do you like it? Are the glitters gaudy? I already had the other lippies and decided I liked HEA more but now this restock and I went and ordered GS, I swear I need to get outta here.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Glass Slipper! I was thinking about getting a back up, but then my common sense kicked in and I remembered that the one l/g I did back up ever, I haven't ever needed the back up tube! I don't find the glitters to be gaudy at all, they're very small, fine glitters. But then again, I am a glitter heaux, so I'm all about the sparkly life

I am so glad I got SOM palette (thought it was going to be too light for my skintone, I was sooo wrong lol). CDC (first time trying on and buying an Iridescent Powder. I am totally in love with it), and HEA lipglass ( I love the blue pearl in it).

I just got back from the 5th ave store. I'm surprised this thread isn't blowing up too fast. There was a line outside MAC (yikes) but once they opened the door it was a free for all (lol).
I'm pretty good at getting someone to help me right away but I felt bad for this pack of teenagers who just stood there and nobody helped them. I felt bad but I was on a mission. I wish I had told them to go up to a sales associate.. I think they made out fine though.

So I bought more than I expected.... coolllll. Honestly I was more excited for this class than Bao Bao Wan! I got a set of the lippies for myself, a set for my mom, the taupe eyegloss, and the palette.
Woooooops. I spent way too much including the things I bought from Bao Bao Wan but I'm so excited to play with these!!!

Thats so crazy! and in this weather! I went into that store on Toledo launch day at about 11 am and it was so chill and all the associates were so nice and I waltzed in and out with my oxblood ls and lg no problem lol.

This is crazy! I managed to get the lipsticks and lipglasses from Macys online and just ordered Mystery Princess during the restock on MAC. Hopefully that goes through. I was holding out for Coupe d'Chic too but thankfully it sold out before I could check out. This with the Bao Bao Wan collection is draining me.

I almost just ordered Royal Ball, but decided against it. I rarely wear nudes like that.. And I have Hue to get my nude fix.

I just got back from my local macy's counter in Okemos, MI and they didn't even GET THE LIPSTICKS OR PIGMENTS. I wish I could have gotten Evil Stepmother pigment but I was able to get a sample at the counter.

I checked the MAC website , you know wishful thinking and all..only to find out it had actually been RE-STOCKEd!!!! I missed out on the pigment restock(if it even happened?!) but I did manage to get the Lipsticks! Woo. Now if I can get my hands on a full jar of that Evil Stepmother pigment I'd be happy.

I went to see this collection in stores and Royal Ball and Little Black Bow fluidline were both sold out and it was only 9:15 am. People were like ninjas in stores with this collection. Anything Disney princess + makeup is serious business over here. Nude toned lipsticks are all the rave where I live so I wouldn't be surprised if Free as a Butterfly is sold out before the afternoon. The quad is really good tbh and I was a little tempted, but I already have three of the six shades. D: I tried Happily Ever lipglass after my lipgloss no buy for this year, but the blue/teal shimmer was so beautiful that I had to buy it. It looks great either alone or any other lipstick! Team blue!

After being dissapointed about the Bao Bao Wan no show in stores, I guess I can live Happily Ever After with this gloss, lol.

Imo, Happily Ever After is the star of this collection instead of Royal Ball (I still love RB though). If you want a substitute for Royal Ball, try Hue with Siren Song and you can nearly get a dupe of RB.

I'm going to try one of the UD naked lip liners for Royal Ball I think.

Was able to get both lipsticks both powders, pretty it up pigment and happily ever after. I couldn't believe how long the line up was . I hope everyone was able to get what they wanted
