That bronzer (?) is huge. Now I understand why the TF bronzer brush is so substantial---it's a teddy bear on a stick.

Neiman's doesn't mess around with bad service. Macy's doesn't care, Nordy's is not great either. The reason I shop mostly at Neiman's for cosmetics, is their customer service. Again, build up relationships with the SA's and/or a personal shopper and it makes our quest for the latest product so much easier.

Sorry to hear about your experience I would of def complained too Just looked at swatches for pre orders Black dharlia and the first time I'm in love with first omg do I need it in my life people ??? 8 dollars for shipping though and do u think if I paid through PayPal that I begins to order from saks as never have before x They won't ship this lipstick to uk But when I press USA It comes up with PayPal payment Do u think it take my payment

BD to me is not all that and then some. If you already own Black Orchid, no need for BD. As for First Time it will be sold at Selfridges. TF is bringing it back late Spring everywhere. BD also settles in the the vertical lines of your lips, and is drying. There are many lipsticks from MAC that are good dupes for this.

It may be a good marketing ploy for them but it's such a turn-off to me. I'll leave a brand and go to another before I allow it to make me crazy trying to get makeup

I have great relationship with SA's, product specialists, specific company reps, in the US and Selfridges. If Sak's has it backorder, that means Selfridges will either have a week or so sooner or later then the US. Truly BD is just a super dark berry shade, not all that WOW about it. I travel a boatload for my job, so I have many sources.

Sheer case of product overloadWe probably got them around the same time. It broke me out the first time that I used it but it's working for me now.
I'm convinced the extra exfoliation is really working for me. My skin is unbelievable ATM.
I have the Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow Beauty Flash Primer but I can't wear it directly on my skin so I wear a little over my foundation (one of the product's
suggested ways) and it's fine that way.
That Algenist Anti-Aging Oil is the best ever. If I keep thai up I'll be mistaken for a 12 year old!

The Algenist gets my old vote because of its' pore minimizing ability. I like CT over my foundation only, for the glow that it provides.
CT is illuminating---hence the name, Wonderglow.
The palette is likely a skip for me but I won't rule it out just yet. I'm curious about the bronzer & cream blush.
