I bought BK, having seen swatches of it looking like a beautiful bright pink on ladies of various skin tones.  On me, it doesn't look pink at all - it's much more of an orangey coral :(
Add a pink base of liner or another lipstick and try BK on top

My email to MAC CORP. Though I was able to get everything I wanted from the Bao Bao Wan and Cinderella collection, I was very disappointed in how difficult it was for the consumer to attain what they deserve and desired. Between the sneaky (random) online releases, extremely limited stock and misinformation given by .com and in store sales associates, your customers were led into frustration, anger and confusion. By commiting these acts, it lets your customers know that they are not valued nor are they respected. I understand that to make sales there must be intrigue, and that's fine. But this company flat out mishandled the people with the last few Limited Edition releases. If/When you should see the masses fleeing from you in hoards and patronizing new ventures, know that you have fallen on your own sword... Inevitably, we have the power to shut you down! #MoneyTalks
Well damn girl! Amazing! I agree, I was on it in the past but these days I just haven't had the interest to fight the battle and climb through all the hoops. I've come to realize that even if I ever resort to eBay gouging it's not going to be to rush and pay into the system that's screwing me. Instead of buying the lipsticks immediately from resellers who will only snatch up even more future stock and make buying even more miserable I'll wait. I came to the realization searching for lipsticks from collectionsthat were months to years past and seeing them still available. If a lipstick haunts me so badly I just have to get it and MAC or another line doesn't bring out something similar then I can always get it way way later. But honestly...I'm cool just taking a step back. Like you said they'll keep doing this because the money is coming in and it's working for them. They'll only care and stop when the profits drop. Same with the resellers. The hype is just screwing regular customers. Resellers have increased exponentially on Instagram and EBay and why not? It's certainly working for them. They can sell lipsticks for 4-5x what they paid for it. MAC knows that and they're supporting it. For that reason I'm fine with waiting for restocks or waiting to see if I even give a damn about different items once the 'rush' has passed.

I like to be able to just apply one coat of lipstick and go. This will probably now just sit in a drawer untouched. How does it look so pink on some, yet orange on me? I'm around NW10.

Thank you! I was thinking it was Melt's but I somehow thought theirs was brighter.

Thanks. I will probably pick up Bang Bang with my next Melt order. I'm so tempted to just buy allll of their lippies! lol. I'm happy that you think Brills is closer too. I already have DG and liked how LJ pulls slightly more purple.
Bang Bang is more electric! I have all except the 2 pinks and summer now...Summer is next though lol
Anytime I can help babe.

Check out their website, there's more info there. I discovered it through the UD website

I find MyUS quite reasonable too, and very easy to use - you can get a good indication of shipping costs by using this:

http://www.myus.com/en/international-shipping-rates/

They used to charge by dimensional weight - (size/weight of the package), now they just charge by weight.

I suggest you get a couple of lippies and blushes (or replicate what you might order), weigh it on a kitchen scale, and that should help you work out what the weight of an order may be.

I bulk order because the Aussie dollar is terrible at the moment and the shipping costs are therefore higher too.

The Aussie Dollar is pretty strong at the moment, I believe

Can you back to MAC limited edition lipsticks?
Unfortunately, no. As it is in special packaging and not the normal black and silver. Tried it last year with DG, but to no avail. Picked up Bronze Shimmer instead.

Also, if that's your blogspot, you're best off posting in your signature. The mods will edit your post and remove the link, for future reference
