MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

So my Macys order apparently shipped on 3/2 and they transferred it from ups to usps on friday, but usps tracking is saying they only recieved the electronic info and ups website tracking is saying it sent the package to a post office from carrolton tx.... And the Macy's customer service says neither carrier knows where it is UGGHHH why the hell would Macys try to cheapo ship my stuff in this ups mail innovations BS! I am livid!!!! My shadow palette and royal ball are lost somewhere or some shady person jacked it. Soooooooo upset

Got my royal ball! It is LIGHT. I feel like it is ashy looking but I lined it with my la girl l/l in natural creme and put HEA on top and just like everyone else said, They are made for each other! so pretty! you can really see the blue glitter in HEA over royal ball.

Yes! Totally works together, I did the same today. I found RB to be very light myself. I got FAAB first which is just meh to me and was expecting RB to be so much better but it's also so pale. Which is to be expected given the theme but still. I think it's the finish. And for someone who didn't want the glasses I'm finding HEA to be fab and can't wait to get GS tomorrow!

I'm so glad to see HEA shown over Rosy Rim. I've been considering getting RR because Boldly Bare is sold out online. It's back ordered on MAC and Nordstrom, and with other sites you have to pay shipping. I was planning on getting Boldly Bare and Edge to Edge for the Cinderella collection (thanks to some excellent suggestions from the terrific ladies here on Spektra!) Now I'm considering Rosy Rim and Edge to Edge. Or are they too similar? By the way, your skin without foundation looks much better than mine with foundation! Lol

Aww thanks, my skin I think looks better in the picture than real life LOL. Rosy Rim is really pretty it was pinker than I expected actually. I think it's is a really nice liner for nudes, but it'll be great for paler pinks too, or even mixed with a gloss like HEA. I'll see if I can get a better pic of the color of them mixed tomorrow for you. It is really pretty!

USPS does not have the best track record either so I don't know why they couldn't just use UPS from beginning to end. I hope you didn't have to pay for shipping because that would just be wrong. Just give it time and keep on the look out.

Did you call UPS & USPS yourself? What's the weather like? I have something delayed because of that.

NO weather delays. It was put on some vehicle to head to a post office in Houston from Carrolton and never made it. I wonder if it fell out or off or the driver dropped it or what happened ughhh

Thanks for the comment! I like the way they look on other people, but once someone said "sticky" on a blog, it was a big turn off for me. Both stocks on MAC I was scrambling like crazy to get the stuff I knew I really wanted into my cart, and I didn't even look at them. Now I'd like to try one of the eye glosses to see what they look like, but not at eBay prices!

Yeah, it's more of a runway product. A night out, etc. I did the same, paid no attention to them. Got what I wanted then noticed them. I liked the idea of the taupe one. Then Friday I swatched both and actually liked Pearl Varnish. Still left it, then Sat evening I saw it again. So I just bought it. Lol.

That happened to me before. Nobody knew where the package was because USPS people did not make sure to scan the package at it's next location. SO tracking never updated and they couldn't see anything for almost 2 weeks meanwhile my package had long been delivered at front desk and was waiting there all that time.

I wonder if they will do a Frozen collection?  I know everyone is probably sick of the Frozen craze, but i sure would love to see a white mother of pearl colored palette compact with all of Elsa's colors! Or the natural tones from Anna! My little girls would flip, they would be all through my makeup ! lol Its gonna be hard enough keeping them from my Cindy goodies lol 

They should bring back the pink opal pigment for that collection!! I would buy as many as my wallet could handle. I've got about two applications left of mine, does anyone know of any good dupes for it? Besides seedy pearl, I like the pigment.
