Oh I see! I think that's the hardest part about cleaning brushes ( something I'll be doing tonight)-----rinsing them well enough. What do you use to clean your brushes??
I use the beauty blender solid cleanser. I used to use just regular moisturizing shampoo but it was too hard to rinse out and I had to do about three passes to fully clean the brushes. Now I only have to use a bit of the solid cleanser and color and stains come out of even my white natural bristle brushes. I feel like they are not stripped as well. I had brushes that would shed little pieces of hair when just using shampoo and that happens very rarely now with the solid cleanser. I don't even mind the price because I don't have to do a lot of passes with the product. It foams really well and gets the job done in half the time it used to take me to wash my brushes. Also they dry a lot faster when I use the solid cleanser. If I wash even my powder brushes at night I can use them by morning no problem (I'm not talking about dense brushes though). They have samples for 100 points right now and every time I've bought something lately I've gotten a little sample bar. And I'm not one to use my points on anything. They are a little less than full size and I can just pop them in my old container when I use up the full size soap. I wish they would release a full size bar without that little container for a cheaper price. Idk if the container is recyclable but I do it anyway. I hate throwing it out every time I need a new one.

I'll be getting a deluxe sample with my Laura Mercier Indiscretion order that is supposed to arrive tomorrow! I'll have to let you know how I like it!
Thanks!

I had to exchange my MJ contour palette for number 40. I originally had 60 & it was too dark.

I bought the Dior lip glow in coral last sale. I like the color but it doesnt do much by the way of hydrating my lips. I'm ashamed to say I have purchased La Mer lip moisturizer. It has been amazing for me. I wear it at night and my lips have not peeled or cracked. It can be worn any time but is a pot and I don't like to keep pots in my bag for regular use. Smooth non-greasy adheres and really penetrates the lip...love it

I got my little sample of the sugar lipbalm today!! It's sooo cute and tiny but is also so awesome on the lips! I feel like it's kind of a cross between a chapstick and a lip mask and it's just heaven. I will definately be purchasing a full sized one with my next sephora order! I do have flash but I just feel bad ordering like one item at a time.

I'm trying to find a new foundation, I hAve normal skin and don't care for matte finishes. I'm currently using the dior star on 50 and I like it but feel like I should add something else to my rotation. Does anyone have suggestions? What are your HG foundations?

:( I'm still going to use it because it works so beautifully. Length and volume! I have pretty sparse and thin and short lashes and my eyes are so small that I can't use fake lashes because it looks weird. The mascara makes me look like I'm wearing falsies but it looks so natural.

Sounds like you've found a good system that's working really well for you. That's awesome. I wish there was a little washing machine for brushes!!! I'd buy it in a heartbeat!!!
