MAC X Bao Bao Wan Collection (March 5, 2015)

Well, it didn't look BAD, in fact I LOVED it at first, but then I took a selfie and realized it made my eyes look both excessively green and kind of muddy. I don't know how to describe it, it's like when you take a beautiful purple and a beautiful green and you put them together and all you can see is Barney. Sometimes two rights can make a wrong... There IS a pic in the gallery, I just reattached it in a small version. It doesn't help that I have no eye makeup. So I figure (based on advice from here!) if I can get it to lean a little more red than blue, it would look better.   

I think it looks fab on you!! You need to downplay any eye makeup if you decide to wear any because it looks great even without any other makeup. Maybe a slight winged liner...

I got my Forbidden Sunrise in the mail today after catching it in the random restock two days ago. I initially skipped because it was too close to Sounds Like Noise in so many swatches I came across and I did not like SLN one bit. It's actually very different and way more flattering/prettier on me but I don't know if I should keep it. I don't know how often I'll wear this and I don't need another lippie. Decisions decisions!

I swatched it on the back of my hand, but I couldn't try it on my lips yet, because I wore a super-pigmented GA lippie today and my lips are stained a lovely magenta right now. Loving how it looks on the hand swatch, though!

If you have Viva Glam Nicki 2 try it with Magenta lip liner,that's what i did since i couldn't get my hands on LJ. The result is pretty close

I'm sure clothes are appreciated. :haha: I swatched it on the back of my hand, but I couldn't try it on my lips yet, because I wore a super-pigmented GA lippie today and my lips are stained a lovely magenta right now. Loving how it looks on the hand swatch, though! 

Yeah that would be a good look if you did I suppose. Lol. I love it. FOF stained my lips yesterday. I literally scrubbed them with my waterproof eye makeup remover. Lol

Keep it!! it's such a unique yellow base orange and i think it's actually more wearable than the red tone ones,you'll wear it more

I am very happy with MAC P+P Lip, but i only twist it up enough to get it on my lips, so it's only a little above the edge of the tube. I do that with any stick cosmetic in a tube - lipsticks, eye products, concealers...

I only ever twist products up enough to be able to use them. I watch girls on Youtube twisting their lipsticks right up and swatching or applying them, and I'm cringing, thinking that lippy's going to snap off any minute now.
