Yesterday I got a call from a MAC location that took my name down on launch day because they were still waiting for their stock. Apparently they JUST got it in and they offered me LJ. I forgot to ask about the other products, but I think they might have those too! PM me for more info. They now claim they never got the stock. Which is a lie. Never mind.

I only ever twist products up enough to be able to use them.  I watch girls on Youtube twisting their lipsticks right up and swatching or applying them, and I'm cringing, thinking that lippy's going to snap off any minute now.

Wearing my RB today and loooooving it. Kept it neutral with Lancome Bronzelle liner and it's perfect with a slightly smoky bronzy eye.

Dear MAC Cosmetics, Make Lavender Jade permanent like you did Heroine. It would take little to no effort on your part. While you're at it, could you make a lipstick collection dedicated to hues of purple?! If you won't make Lavender Jade permanent, you could repromote it in the hues of purple collection. They really do need a permanent lavender shade. Not a weak lavender either but one like LJ or Dodgy Girl

Okay today I'm doing Forbidden Sunrise (with Aqua eyeshadow since mint eyeshadow doesn't freaking exist, the mac trend eye palette Spring 15 actually has the color I want, but I don't have a powder to put on top of the cream and I can't just wear the cream straight with my greezy lids) and Full of Joy blush. The only liner that's even CLOSE to what I want is Fruit Cocktail. Does anyone know of a blush that's light and pastel like Full of Joy but much more purple? I really think a pastel purple blush would look so pretty with Forbidden Sunrise and aqua shadow. I just love intense orange next to pastels. Other question, does anyone know a TRUE orange lip liner that isn't too dark? All of my "oranges" are actually coral. I'll post a pic when I finish the look! FS was actually the one I was LEAST excited about, but now that i have all of them in my hands, it's rapidly becoming my favorite...

Here's what I ended up with, really love Forbidden Sunrise, it'll look brighter when I get the more appropriate liner, and please forgive the ridiculous clashing hot pink shirt. I should have worn either lilac or primary blue. But I'm lazy, and I have to go to class/work. Anyhow, here's what FS looks like on NW10-13 skin

Peanut Butter

A shade linked to a designer collection can't be made permanent because of contractual and other possible copyright issues. I do agree though that they need to add a colour to their permanent collection which fills that shade void. I really don't see why they can't have a whole set of crazy colours all the time. MAC was supposed to be the forerunner in colour.
