MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

Anyone get anything from the last two collections that came out this past week?

I just ordered Cardinal lipstick from PT.

I hope you meant pics of the weird Moroccan thingie... because I got all wrapped up in that and now my lips are too stained for RB! Whoopsie!

It does stain your finger (but mostly washes off with soap and water):


This is a little softer in color than it actually appears... it's pretty red in person:

So you wet your finger (you could use a lip brush, too), and gently rub it on the painted part inside. The gold adds the barest hint of shimmer, and the red transfers easily to your finger and then to your lips. Doesn't seem to feather, and it's no more drying than any other stain... less so, actually. I popped some balm on top of mine just for comfort, though.

I've never seen it before and I was curious as to how it looked as a product and on a person. Very interesting! Where did you find yours? I think it looks really nice on you.

I posted this on the BBW thread, but I also used some cinderella products for this look. Just wanted to share!

Stroke of Midnight Palette on the eyes: top right shade all over lid, bottom left shade buffed into crease and outer V. Sorry I don't know the names. They're my first MAC shadows!
BBW Summer Opal on the cheeks as a soft shimmery blush
BBW RBreakdown on the lips, lined & filled with UD's Naked liner. The liner matches perfectly with the l/s. Makes it more opaque without changing the color too much.

I have nothing but good things to say about that seller, too. I've seen the lip stain a few other places, this is just who I ended up deciding to go with.

Yes when i swatched it in the store i didn't like it. Got SO from BBW instead.

I got SO too and I love it wayy more than CDC. Maybe I should try a diff brush to apply it? idk

Omg, literal fairy dust!! Maybe do/apply it a touch lighter. I think it's something where you have to like that look or forget it. Probably would look good on your décolletage.

So, I used that aker (the Moroccan stain) again today... and then I had a great idea: I added RB over it. Died.... I'm dead. Love it so much. (Do excuse the minimal application of the rest of my makeup and air-drying hair. It's an "at home" day today.)

I've ordered myself an aker. I couldn't resist - it gives such a beautiful colour, and I think my bellydance class will be interested in it too as it's Moroccan. The seller is in the same county as me, so hopefully it will arrive quickly.

I only got Mystery Princess from this collection, and accidentally used it this morning (just realized it checking out this thread). I meant to use Summer Opal but somehow just grabbed MP, and was thinking how light it was!
