I may have gone to Sephora today to get a travel sized UD All Nighter Spray. I may have gotten MJ Petra nail polish (it was the last one in the store) and 2 Soap and Glory products. I'm just saying

I just picked up Smashbox Fireball Matte lipstick, it's a matte reddened orange and super-creamy... I reminds me of KVD A Go-Go but a better formula... Here is a swatch

I have it in Mulberry. Admittedly, I only bought it because of the chocolates. It was in a gift set for Valentine's Day. :haha:

Supposedly they are matte with a luster to them, which is an oxymoron when you think about it. I'm ok with the finish, though I'm worried I won't like the texture. I never have found a long wearing lip color that I liked.

The texture is very, very light - almost whipped, if you can imagine? Kind of like how the Stila liquid lipsticks feel in the ten seconds before they start to dry. But yeah, these don't dry down. They feel similar to wearing a tinted lipbalm or something in my opinion. I like them when my lips are already super dry, but I want an opaque lip colour.

Did anyone get any or all of the Smashbox + Donald Robertson Matte lipsticks??? I got Fireball Matte but it wasn't in a special box... I couldn't find any info online about the collection besides on Sephora.com. I'd love to see swatches of Magenta Matte and Femme Fatale Matte

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

They are so soft in texture & you can get the best natural soft flush of color. On me, they last all day. I love using them with my fingers to apply quickly with no foundation - just naked skin. Its give a healthy natural flush.

Yeah I'm not Rouge so can't get it until it's available to the masses. By then I probably would have lost interest or it would have sold out, one of the two! LOL!

​I'm so not in the mood for black but I avoid white for weddings-----it's the brides day. I do feel like wearing color/maybe even floral if it's a nice style.
I'm really annoyed with the date of one---it's in Oct around our wedding anniversary and we wanted to go away---to where we were married, but that's out of the question now.
All of the weddings are out of state so we're adding on two or three days before and after just to make it a little more fun.

I think you're allowed to bail on an event that overlaps with your own anniversary plans. Just send a gift along with your regrets... unless of course you are particularly close to this couple.
