€58 for the brush.

And the makeup bag and lipsticks are already sold out, except Morange.
Maybe everything's selling out this fast because of the glitch two weeks ago? I'm really glad I didn't have to stalk that site. I already got my Hipness and I'll have a look at the new brow colors on Monday. Even if my counter releases the collection on Saturday, I guess the brow products aren't selling out too quickly. I've already got plans for the weekend and don't intend to be in town on Saturday.
Btw, maybe you girls in Germany haven't noticed: new collections usually launch on the website the day after there's a free-shipping-mail. Helpful for stalking!

The steep price increase for Germany (and a few other European countries) was anticipated. It doesn't come as a shocker. I wrote about it a lot in the past two years. MAC is definitely dipping in the the luxury market (and yes, prices will still increase).

But no worries, for the US, the summer collections usually have plenty of stock.
yep, I'm not really surprized. About 4 or 5 years ago, when I started using Mac, the products were cheaper, e.g. eyeshadow/lipstick 16 Euros, now 20 Euros. My foundation is almost 5 Euros more expensive than some years ago, too. I remember getting my first blush for 20 Euros and now they are 27. Don't wanna sound too complaining - I still buy Mac so I "agree" everytime I purchase something. But the increase seems huge.

I've had some experience with crazy MAC's prices in South Africa when Rocky Horror launched there the lipsticks were R350 ($32ish) a pop and the only thing that sold out online was the shape/sculpt duo. Earlier last year, while the Rand was stronger the prices were usually only a few dollars more than in the US. They also don't have set prices for items in LE collections there so when a new one launches it always has different prices even on regular packaging. I hated the mark up on LE beauty powders and eyeshadow palettes (around $30 from US prices). I'm glad here (US) the prices are set and reasonable. I really have a hard time seeing MAC as a luxury brand. MAC at luxury prices just doesn't work in my mind, Tom Ford is luxury... MAC has nothing on TF.

I'm not too worried about getting the ton of stuff I want from this collection, I just want to be in time to get it from Macy's or Nordstrom online. Plus ebates helps! The MAs working at counters close to me aren't anything to look forward to...

I was thinking that too, that maybe a lot of lipsticks were sold during the glitch; not sure how many people were able to order then. But since we always have a small stock to begin with, it's not really a surprise.

Wow, I haven't even noticed that! That's pretty mean though, to have free shipping just one day before a launch, they're playing mind games with us, lol.

Today I tested all of Wash & Dry Collection, and my subjective opinion is that: - Studio Sculpt Defining Bronzing Powder:   Golden Rinse - on me is a little too red, Aphrodite's Shell looks more beautiful   Delicates - beautiful cold light bronze with gold shimmer - absolutely awesome (I'll take it) - Blushes:   Hipness - too pink and strong for me   Crips Whites - beautiful, but too light, good as highlighter -Veluxe Pearlfusion Eyeshadows:   Green Clean - the best of all three Palettes, Lime colour is AWESOME :eyelove:   Permanent Press - it's ok, the beautiful color in this palette is calm brown bronze but I skipped eyeshadows   Warm Wash - very poor palettes  - Brushes - love love love :eyelove: - Highlight Powder   Freshen Up - for me it's not highlighter but very delicate blush, but I skipped it coz it's too sparkly (I skipped) - Bronzing Powder:   Matte Browne - I still love it powder :eyelove:  I'll take it. (This will be my third pack in my life) :flower:   Refined Golden - One of my fav bronzing powders too, but I skipped it, coz I already have it from Alluring Aquatic :yahoo: Lipstick, Lipgloss - all I skipped - are not for me.
I was thinking about skipping, but if Golden Rinse is more red than Aphrodite's Shell, then I might have to get it. I often add some red blush (Nars Exhibit A) to my bronzer to make it more natural looking on me.

Sorry if this has been asked before. What finish is Crisp Whites? Will it be more of a highlight on nc35+ ? Still can't decide if I want to get it! Edit: Do I need Crisp Whites if I have Linda from Julia Petit collection?
