I love purple too!! It's a sickness actually. I had to get those $5 Sephora reusable totes online just because they're purple! Thanks re the pic, that color is EVERYTHING and the feel of that NYX lip collection is great, creamy, opaque, non-drying. I also got Rapture from Beauty.com yesterday and it shipped yesterday too. Yay! I may get the Josie Maran highlighter stick today... Not sure. I hit my beauty budget for this pay, I need to save some coins for long weekend!

I love it, have a pic wearing it in the gallery around when it came out. A lot of us got it. So unique! Wore it on Thurs actually!! I used Sonia Kashuk's new highlighter with it. Looks good with MAC Pearl Blossom too. I can't wait to try it with my new Colourpop Sticky Sweet highlighter. Might be a lot but I'm going to try it!

Wearing my glasses in this pic so not the best, took the pic to show the lipstick for another thread! :haha: (It's NYX High Voltage in Twisted with their Bloom liner)

Is anyone not liking their MUFE Electric palette? Has anyone returned theirs? I just can't seem to love it. I feel like it doesn't live up to the hype and UD's shadows feel way more buttery to me. Also, the pink blush shade applies patchy and is very hard to blend and make it look even.
I'm sorry to hear you're not loving it! I swatched a few shades in each palette in store and thought they were beautiful. I personally love MUFE shadows. UD are buttery to me but sometimes don't translate as well on the lid. I find MUFE's new shadows to be what I reach for more, between the two. Anyway, the hot pink and neon purple are actually supposed to be blushes. I hate how they toss them in like that-- looking just like shadows. I think I read somewhere that in the US they're considered "not eye safe." Could be why they aren't as up to par. I find the "blushes" to be thinner and powdery, likely cause they aren't intended for the eyes anyway. I could be wrong about those two shades-- but I'm prettttyyy sure I read it either here or on a beauty blog. HTH!!!! :) :)

I was planning to go to sephora this weekend but this ebates makes me want to order online. The thing is I'm thinking of the Laura Mercier Ritual. I think maybe veining plays a part how the color looks. I tried ritual last year and thought it was a weird gray color. I watched it again this year and same thing. But I started thinking maybe it would work for contour. Well, I went back to the store and swatched it again and it was much warmer. I don't know what to think now. Should I pick one up in store? Should I look for one with a particular veining? If so which veining? Any thoughts appreciated.

With more of pink veining the shade would be a pink toned bronze one and more in line with a blush bronzer!! Lesser veining gives a warmer bronzy shade like a typical bronzer. But either way the cool tones that you detect when you swatch doesnt really translate once applied! Its a warm bronzer (on me)!!hth

I picked it up a couple of months ago and I love it. I use it more for a contour on my cheeks and it works well, especially with UD Rapture or MAC Pink Cult.

The pink and the purple are definitely blushes at least here in the US, I've heard some youtubers say they use them as eyeshadows, but I rather not. I used the purple in my crease and it stained badly so I definitely won't use them as shadows. I wore the pink one as a blush on Thursday and it looked horrible. It's not a shade I would buy separately but I thought used lightly with a bronzer it would look great... but it applied more heavily in some areas than others an no amount of blending could fix it. The blush shades should apply well, there is no reason why they shouldn't. The Black Purple shadow took quite a lot of packing to get decent pigmentation. I just don't feel like these apply as well as I expected them to. The Peacock shadow is beautiful though. I've used all the shadows from the palette and haven't been wowed. The packaging is well done, but I don't want to keep something that I don't love. The amber shade in this palette looks like a lighter version of Amber Lights and that shadow is way more buttery. IDK... I just want to make a decision sooner rather than later.

I'm liking this Nars gloss from the Sephora Bronze Bares-All set. That's all.
Were you the one raving about Opal? Well, I got the bronze set and tried it and it is giving me life. OMG!!! I am so tempted to get it in the regular size but I'm trying to save for a few obligations I have coming up next month.

It was @Shars. I'm trying to stay away. My credit card is in shock.
I know, like where was this before? Hmph! Anyone ever try the Sephora Collection blush in Hot Flush? The orange/copper. I loved it when I swatched two weeks ago and then realized last week that I have NYX Cinnamon. I think I only need one orange blush :D Darn it.
