with the Anais shade.
I just added it to my list----thanks!!!! I also really like the neutral packaging. It look even better in person than it
does online. It's really very nice!!! I think I'll try YSL Rouge Pur Couture Vernis a Levres Beige Peau 40Glossy
Stain which is AMAZIN over nude lippies.

My Sephora goodies arrived yesterday but I just opened them today.  I was able to snag both fragrance bags- Floral and Spicy & Earthy, 2 Dior Show mascara samples and another mini MJ lippie.  I've been having some unusual facial dryness so I got GlamGlo Thirsty Cleanse & Thirsty Mud.  I had a sample of Thirsty Mud, which I put on at bed time because it pretty much absorbs into your skin and I awakened with soft supple skin w/o the dryness that's been driving me crazy.  I'll have to see what the results are long term, but I've heard it prevents facial peeling after getting a tad too much sun, as well..  The cleanser is in pump form, you put it on dry skin and then add water to foam & lather.  I'm always looking for a great nude and MJ New Nudes Sheer Lip Gel New Nudes Sheer Lip Gel Anais 146 is my perfect nude of the moment---don't know why I haven't tried one before now; Josie Marin Argan Enlightenment Illuminizing Veil is a lovely powder highlghter.  I haven't yet had the chance to compare it to some of my others but the formula seems really nice, and finally, the Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow 5-Colour Eyeshadow Amber Nuit 746----I just love the color combination and I know I have many palettes very similar but it's my addiction---leave it alone.  Something in the moment said I needed it. :haha:
I'm glad you like the glamglo. I'm also glad it didn't turn your face into an overstuffed sausage like it did to me. :haha: I've been using the Neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer and eye gel for a couple of months now and my skin has never been better. My skin is more normal than dry now and that eye gel is a great thing because I'm wearing contacts now and I need all the help I can get in that area. Off topic: I got my first pair of Sam Edelman sandals today and they fit and are awesome. This is good and bad. It's bad because now I have like $500 worth of other colors on my wish list. :eek:hboy:

Picked up some of the new stila summer collection from Sephora! I thought I was going to HATE the new Aqua glow watercolor blushes, but my initial thoughts on them have me so loving them!!!! The bronzer is a very smooth and creamy powder! I got the shade Medium.

I'm glad you found something that works for you---you are highly allergic!!! That must be hella frustrating. I was fortunate with the GlamGlo, having previously used many of their products. I think the excessive dryness is from the Algenist UV Defense Fluid. I was putting it directly on my skin and wow---no bueno. I love that it's SPF 50, which is not always easy to find so I'm now mixing it in my foundation and hoping for the best.

For your SE sandals. Which ones did you end up getting??? I hope you were able to take advantage of Nordies Triple Points and 16% Ebates cash back!!!

Hi Baby Sis!!!! I've missed you. Thanks!!!! Dior palettes like others can be hit or miss. When they're good they're really good and when they're bad---they suck.
Fortunately I've only had one Dior palette that disappointed me and that was BAR. One out of 8 is good in my book. I swatched my Ambre Nuit palette and the swatches
were good, especially the upper right gold shade, which I love-------for me, the proof is in how it works on my lids----stay tuned!!!

Good to know Vee. I've never had an issue with dry skin before. I need the protection so I'm doing everything that I can to make it work and just trying to combat the dryness.

Good luck house hunting!!!! You might want to look at two other Dior neutral palettes that I absolutely love. Then you can select between the three. The others are Cuir
Cannage and Montaigne. They're all basically in the same color family.

Do you use any oils, like Argan oil? I have really dry skin and it is the thing that saves me.

I have two tubs of that glamglow mask (they were buy one, get one free about 6 months ago on their website) - I am about 3/4 the way through my first one and it is not hydrating enough for me unfortunately.

I still use it, but I will not be repurchasing. I do love the lovely scent and just the feeling of it on my skin while it is marinating on my skin, but once I wash it off - I do not feel much improvement but like I said- I am very dry.

I use Josie Marans (regular) Argan Oil at night and her light version during the day.. and it helps so much !! (PS~ the Model Citizen version of her argan oil is on sale buy one, get one free -- on her website right now.. which is a great deal)..

I got the triple points, but the 16% was over when I ordered. I got the leopard print gigi's. http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/sam-edelman-gigi-sandal/3930931?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&contextualcategoryid=2375500&fashionColor=&resultback=536 Now I need black. I hate black shoes, but I wear so much color in my clothes that I need something that doesn't clash.

I use Algenist Anti-Aging Oil. I had to stop using it twice a day because I have normal skin and it was becoming too much. Since this dryness started I'm using the
Algenist in the morning and wearing the GlamGlow overnight and I've noticed a difference already---after 2 days of this regimen. If this fails me long term than I'll try
something else---perhaps even the Argan oil. It's pretty apparent that the UV Defense Fluid is the culprit at this point. Dryness has never been an issue for me.
Thanks for sharing a potential solution to what I hope is just a temporary problem.

Oh I love those!!!!  They're really nice.  :haha: You crack me up!!!  What about a tan/nude shoe??????
I have a tan pair on my wish list too but the outfits I have in mind will come together better with black. It pains me because I love color but it has to be pulled together somehow. I got some Betsey Johnson jewelry in the mail and I just want to throw it all on at the same time but then I'll look like someone's crazy grandma.
