Good luck with your move! I hope it all goes smooth. And a piece of advice if you are using Uhaul or something like that. They will rip you off, but you can get them in a bidding war with a competitor. I went between Uhaul and Budget and it took about a week and a half for them to cut the price in half. I moved from Mesa, AZ to Pittsburgh for $800 (not including gas of course)
That's the nightmare part of this. They want to charge me about that much and my trip is way shorter than yours. I'm going to try pitting budget against Uhaul and see what comes of it.

I have (and love) Rue Bonaparte. It's very opaque on me. Zero shimmer. I also use it as a pinpoint highlight and reverse lipliner on occasion (because I'm freakin' pale). It's one of those makeup items I refuse to live without.

If you started with Uhaul call them back and tell them you're getting a better price through Budget, then call Budget and ask them if they can give you a price lower than Uhaul. But tell them a bid a little lower than what they originally gave you. Then sit back and wait for the phone calls. Haha. They can also give you a better deal if you agree to drop the truck off at one of their locations a little outside of the original area you were planning on returning it to. Luckily for me I already knew this area and only had to drive it an extra 30-40 minutes, plus I have friends here who were able to follow me out there and drive me back to my house after the drop off. That move alone saved me $100, but I should also let you know that this was in 2007 so there will probably be some inflation at this point, but not that much. I know you can get a better deal!
