I picked up MLM, Antiqued Velvet, whirl, naturally transformed, stone, persistence and matte royal
Naturally Transformed was a beauty when I swatched today!!! I was rather surprised honestly... It will make a nice replacement for my VGGG2 which is almost gone! Ya know seeing these all in person and swatching really makes a difference!!!

macy's would not let me B2M for them. they said I had to wait two weeks. My Mac counter let me though. Good luck!
Thanks for the heads up! That's wierd tho bc its a perm product, not limited in regular packaging.....I hate these silly rules lol

I know! And since the Mac store did it, I was really annoyed at Macy's. They told me it wasn't "fair" to give free ones away when other customers didn't have a chance to buy. Well, it was 1pm, so they had all morning. And B2M isn't really free; I paid for 6 items to trade in. So I just drove a little bit and bought mine from a Mac store that was more than happy to take my empties.

Okay, I ended up with: - Dangerous - All Fired Up - Matte Royal - Instigator - Please Me - Whirl - Kinda Sexy - Men Love Mystery - Stone - Tropic Tonic - Steady Going - Runway Hit - Flat Out Fabulous I love mattes, they're so opaque and long lasting, but I wear a lot of Chapstick underneath and frequently gloss on top. So I guess I like assembly lines more than matte as a thing. Not that I always gloss the top. Anyway, lmk if you want any more comparison swatches. MR is a purple on my skin, DEF not a blue. MLM is a lot like amp it up. Instigator is way more berry than purple, and not as dark as it seems in the tube, which I love. Dangerous is similar to lady danger, which is like my favorite lipstick of all freaking time. FOF looks like Hollywood cerise a little. Idk lots of things. TrTo is totes coral, and my chromagraphic Orange pencil that I ordered like three months ago finally showed up, so I'm excited to try them together.

Oh yea girls and the new Instigator is much much creamier and smoother applying than the original... Mine from its original release needs a good helping of Vino to help with its patchiness... The new one was absolutely breathtaking

Went down to my local MAC store this AM. I got there early, but wasn't in a rush because i was sure there'd be no line. It's all perm, but when my shop sells out it takes ages - like 3 months - to get a restock. So i sat in my car until 10 minutes before opening. There was one woman there ahead of me. And minutes before the door opened several more women showed up, but not a mob. I knew what i wanted, so one of the SA's pulled them for me. There's always turnover in staff, but still people who know me. Then i looked at the others in this collection and tested a few.

I just got what was on my list - Matte Royal, Stone, and Men Love Mystery. Haven't tried any of them on my lips yet, tho...

I swatched Antique Velvet, Naturally Transformed, and Whirl. I think i have some colors similar to AV, so i'll skip it; but it is very nice, the color of a dark chocolate bar, yum. NT is an unusual color, i'd say it was probably designed for certain skin tones, not mine (neutral, between 15-20), but i may get it... i will give it another test. And Whirl looks fairly pinkish on me, pinkish brown, so i may pick it up.

I went into Macy's earlier today and swatched a few of the lippies. Was disappointed they didn't get Tropic Tonic in. The SA took my number down and said he would give me a call when it came in. But I did B2M for Antique Velvet and Persistence. Here are the swatches I took at Macy's - I'm C4 in Mac's Studio Fix for skin reference.

That's good to know, because I was sad I missed out on the original one and I LOVE the new one :D

Yes, Sushi Kiss ca-ca! (oops, can you tell I have a 2yr old?) I never think to put up pics when things look bad, who wants to see that:rofl:   Thank you! :frenz:
What liner did u use with Sushi Kiss? I had seen a few gorgeous pics on here and on IG of woc around the NW45/NC50 range wear SK with a brown liner. I cant remember if it was Cork, Chestnut, or some another one.

I use Cork or an outline of So Chaud with some good blending

Honestly anyone can pull off NT with the right liner... Strip down for fair to medium ladies, Cork for medium to dark ladies, and Chestnut for darker ladies... It all depends on personal preference too
