hi ladies

new here but am also a TF addict or wanna be lol. I have been buying several items from collections and a few lipsticks. I had trouble with some lipsticks which turned rancid and had to throw away. has this happened to anyone else?
Nope never, even when I lived in Key West. But if you live in the serious tropics might be another story. Or your storage is in the direct sunlight by a window or kept in a car. Not that I would ever do that (cough, cough).

When I was born my older sister got the chicken pox when I was about a week old. Then my older brother got them, then I got them. Even though I was being nursed and my Mom had chicken pox when she was a child. My case was really mild. As in I had maybe 3 poxes on me. When I got baptized and the priest lifted up the gown to make the sign of the cross on my heart, there was a lovely pox. Then when I got to college there was an outbreak of chicken pox. I had to have a blood test to see if the my episode as a newborn was enough to keep from getting these again. It was, so I got to avoid the shot. But I did get Whooping Cough. Since they had stopped giving babies the vaccine when I was born. But in college, germs and viruses are everywhere!!!!
oh lord!!! when I had mason n learned there was a vaccine to prevent chicken pox I said HELL YEA!!! I remember being in elem with chicken pox n those dmn oatmeal baths n cant fathom takin care of a child with that cuz im SURE I was dramatic for my mom to take care of me lol.

Hi my dear
friends.gif

I've been insanely busy. The kids are coming home & we're babysitting the pup for a week so I'm trying to get so much done. I miss being here more. I try to play catch up in the evening. I feel like I'm missing so much.

Do you like the Rainbow Balls?

I've missed being here. Yes, the pup does NOT like for me to be on my computer! She sits & whines because she wants me to hold her at the window so she can bark at squirrels that she hates
lmao.gif

Do the balls give a pinkish cast? I read that somewhere. How are they different in your opinion.

 There isn't a noticeable pink cast imo but I would say the pearls are more color correcting in nature!! This one makes a good finishing powder with minimal shimmer and some color correcting attributes!! The green pearls are pretty delicate though! That's the one prone to most crumbling in transit and thereby the powder can read slightly cool toned!! ;)

For a fun look if you own any of the cream shadows use that as a base on your lid. then add Jade over them. CT cream shadow would work too. I used the Spring 2015 from TF and the CT Versucka or something like that. I used the lighter color and it was really cool.
I really love using the cream e/s as bases Ash. I have Veruschka and I love it. I think you have them all yes? Tell me how you like Bette----I think I need her
in my life---what do you think?

Bette loves to be used for the inside corner of your eye and under the brow bone, or in the crease. Yes, I own all of them. Bette likes to play with Russian chic V!!!!

I agree, kinda....I would go for the cream foundation, check, and bronzer in that order. Since the bronzer to me is kind of a one trick pony. As in using bronzer or setting powder. The others are more multi taskers. At least for me.

You can say that again. Every year at the start of the new term, everyone was catching the flu! I also caught chicken pox at university and had an allergic reaction to one of the lotions they told me to use. It was horrible!

Well there isn't much else you can use the bronzer brush for---it's the size of a himalayan cat!!! It's wonderful for use with beauty powders for the sheer decadence of it.

My two TF eye brushes should arrive tomorrow. What are your favs of the eye brushes????
