OK, so my order just arrived! Scheduled delivery was Monday but it came early. I immediately tore into the package to try on all of the 7 ultra mattes I bought. My first impression is that they're pretty good for the price. A formula I would totally expect from Maybelline if they made matte ll. I have midi, solow, trap, bumble, tulle, ouiji and buds. On my NW 20 skin midi is on the verge of looking like concealer mouth but I think I can make it work. Trap is straight up gray on me but I kind of dig it. Solow is like my lips but better and pretty much a spot on matte version of Frida so if you have Friday liner they will work perfectly. Bumble is my absolute fave and reminds me of touch of spice by Maybelline but better. Tulle kind of looks brown on me but plummy and makes my teeth look ultra white. Love. Ouiji is my second fave. It is exactly what I was hoping pacific would look like in the tube. Its a reddy orange on me and not at all pinky. Buds formula was probably the only slight dissapointment. Its so neon that it applies slightly patchy and makes me look like a kid who got into her moms makeup but its workable. Definitely remove these with something oil based Dont even bother with anything else. I have a dupe of the makeup eraser towel that I got from Walmart and it worked to remove the lippie but required a little bit of elbow grease. I'll post lip swatches if anyone is interested. I didn't have any overfill/leaking issues. Hope that helped!

Hmmm I'm uncertain about these. I got koala, Solow, and lychee.
Solow seems the nicest, I wore it for a while today. It did wear away some after a few hours but it's close to my lip color so it was hard to say exactly so much. Now I'm wearing koala.. Seems like it's more cracked and crumbly, but I'm hoping it's from residue of oil from when I removed Solow. I also tried on lychee but don't have a pic.. Looked nice but I tried to add a bit of Chapstick and it crumbled right off. They're also my first liquid lipsticks, so maybe I'll get the hang of them. Edit : just put lychee on
Before I was trying with my lips blanked out from foundation.. I think they're best on natural lips, I used some setting powder though. I think maybe the foundation was breaking them up

Ladies, I need advice. I don't own many lippie stix and I'm eyeing trixie, frenchie or button. Which would you all recommend for NC25?I'm also getting the matching lippie pencil and I only need one to complete my order for free shipping. Which is prettiest or most unique? Any other recommendations are welcome as well.

Thank you! Trixie caught my eye first and then frenchie and then I saw Rocket. All I have is Frida and brink is on its way to me. There are so many colors to choose from it's a bit overwhelming. I've got trixie in my cart and I'm still trying to decide what else, lol.
