Yeah unfortunately fingers work best, which doesn't always give the most precise application. I apply most of them with my fingers and usually use a tiny concealer or pencil brush to get the inner corners, if that helps!

I use my fingers and blend out the edges with a brush I usually only use one color I haven't really tried multiple colors yet since it seems like it'd be a pain to try and apply in the crease with my finger lol. Brushes don't work well with them it sucks but using your fingers makes them good for really quick makeup looks I like to pay them on and run out the door for work.

Thank you <3
I'm new to colourpop eyeshadows and I have having horrible luck applying the shadows. I've tried MAC 239, 287, AND 247. 239 smears it and applies it unevenly. 287 and 247 barely pick up product. I really don't want to use my fingers. Please help.

For shimmery ones I've been using my Mac 242 or any synthetic concealer flat brush.
I kinda gave up on the matte ones ;/ lmao

Got mine in today. Ok so I'm a liquid lipstick fiend so I have to compare them to other brands. I tried trap (showed every crack in my lip. I've never had that happen so bad before) and it was fading in the inner lips after about an hour. That is not good. Sundae about 2 hours until I drank a coffee then started to fade there. Lax was pretty but very streaky for me. Tulle was pretty didn't test that one out for long. koala went on nice, after about an hour I ate dinner and it was completely gone. My jeffree star lipsticks wear on the inner lips after meals, or about 4 hours plus on me. His formula is much creamier with less streaks. 18.00 a pop :/. Colouredraine are also a better formula and last 4 hours up and through meals. Kvd lasts pretty well through meals or about 6 to 8 hours. 20 a pop though :/ Lasplash can't be beat imo. I have put those suckers on and they last through meals, coffees, a year old who is obsessed with my lips when I wear bright lipstick, etc. i put ghoulish on at 8 in the morning and I had to use a ️️makeup wipe at 10 that night to remove, only the inner area had faded. 13.00 each now I think. Overall I know I'm not supposed to expect much for 6.00 but I am a bit disappointed. Maybe I got a bad batch? I still love their shadows, blushes, etc and are still one of my favorite brands for these.

For the matte ones, I have had the best luck in priming my eye (I use either Painterly or the Art Deco base) and the first patting the matte shadow on where I want it with a flat natural hair brush, letting it sit a moment, then blending with a very fluffy natural brush. My first instinct was to use synthetic brushes with them, but they didn't work like I though they would. But yeah, it's a process :)

Out of all the liquid mattes I got I think Midi is my fave but to be honest none of these last through a meal I was eating a salad today with some ranch dressing and after eating it was completely gone the day before I ate a sandwhich for lunch and it disappeared as well

Just posted these on my beauty Instagram - thought I would share them here. I use C4 in Mac's Studio Fix for skin reference. Bumble is definitely my favorite!

Gorgeous! I love all of them, especially Trap! Can't wait for the restock to finally get my hands on these.

Did anyone pick up Sundae when the mattes were released? I'm thinking of getting it during the restock and wondering if I should. I really wish colourpop had faster shipping though. I'm still waiting on an order I placed on June 26. I have no patience

I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. It's unlike any of the colors that I normally go for but something about it intrigues me. What would you compare it to lipstick wise? I'm looking for something similar to petals and peacocks.
