I have tried unsuccessfully to find bow n arrow in store. At two of the sephoras I went to sa's confessed that the employees bought all of them. They never put them out for customers .

YES! How fun would that be...I'm in Sis!!! I think I'll pick one up to give it a try. I mostly just use my fingers for everything....seriously :dunno: I WANT to be a wedding crasher! LOL...just for the cake. I have this long standing thing...I thought it would be so funny to wrap an empty box as a present & show up graduations & birthday parties where you don't know them...just to eat the cake :haha: I'm so bad

Ok, good to know about the scent. Vanilla & anything that smells like birthday cake or cupcakes can linger all it wants

That really stinks! The SA kept circling around them when I was there. She said they put them out yesterday and B&A sold fast. Plus, she mentioned that someone must have taken a couple of the testers and she had to replace them.

I'm having the same problem. Sephora is annoying AF. I need Kat Von D to seek out other retailers so we don't always have to deal with this damn hell ass store.

I feel the same about KVD & MUFE. I've only had one problem with Sephora, but it was a pretty offensive problem. Why does it seem like their customer service is deteriorating as the years go by? It's so ass backwards.

I feel the same about KVD & MUFE. I've only had one problem with Sephora, but it was a pretty offensive problem. Why does it seem like their customer service is deteriorating as the years go by? It's so ass backwards.

They were angry with me for reporting inappropriate charges on my CC that involved purchases at their store. They said I should have contacted them before my bank

I spray it before mosturizer and when I'm completely done my face (before mascara)

I use it in lieu of moisturizer on really hot days---it's so much lighter than a cream moisturizer. Then I put it on again after I've applied all of my makeup.
