Dang, I don't have a JCP with a Sephora anywhere near me :(
I saw you asking about double dare and although we aren't the same skintone - here's how it looks on me:

Oh I bought and returned the EL version of the Touche Eclat because it did nothing for me. Exactly what I've been experiencing, ish going terribly wrong under there when I look in the mirror. From far away I look fine. What do you use under your eyes to set? I've never actually bought his powders, I know the Banana is a lot of people's hg. I'm always trying to find the cheaper version  I shuffle between the banana Ruby Kisses Set n Forget powder and the NYX Radiant finishing powder. I know setting and finishing are two different things but I'm trying what I have, lol.  WDA you living?! You know every blasted ting! :pp:  Thanks girl! Wish you told me earlier before I went outside. It's like 92 degrees here now.
Lately, I just use my MUFE HD pressed powder. I guess that would be considered finishing more than setting(?) My #1 priority right now is finding what goes under that and then I think I'm in the clear. For awhile I was really into the Mac corrector. I think it was burnt coral, but I know it was in the medium concealer/corrector palette. Thing is, as the hours went by it just wouldn't look as good as it did when I first put it on. :sigh:
I use the Ben Nye powder in Topaz on the daily to set my undereye concealer. Nothing I've tried works like it. Topaz can be a tad too orange but since the orange helps colour correct my dark circles, it's not too bad. I've heard Beige Suede is a good one too but I haven't tried that one. I like the Banana but it's a bit too bright for my liking on myself. Yes I meant to type 54! I wanted to buy their chubby fan brush (#53 and the #53XL) until I realised that E.L.F. sells one that looks exactly the same for $6!!
I want to try Sienna. I think that would match my skintone best. Banana is the one I had back in the day and I remember it being just fine lightly dusted all over my face, but being years older it's probably too much for under my eyes now.

That's exactly what it looked like on my hand. So pretty on you. :) Anyone try the Becca Ultimate Coverage foundation? Neither of my two local Sephora's carry it. I'm curious about it. Also, the Sephora lights were kinder to me today and I played with Hourglass again. Still not impressed with the blushes, but a couple of the highlighters spoke to me. I should probably wait because there's some kind of holiday palette on the horizon, right?

I've heard good things about the Ruby Kisses one but haven't tried it and even better things about the Sacha Cosmetics buttercup one. I can never seem to find someone going down to Trini to bring me back one but I want to try theirs as well.

Yes, girl. That ELF one looks amazing. I tried ordering it when they had their 50% off sale at the beginning of the month but their site was having issues and won't let me checkout until I took it out of my cart. I picked up the Ecotools one recently though. I just need to wash it and put it into rotation lol.

Me too! I really am impressed with the Sephora ones I own and although I think their full price is too high, I don't mind getting them at 20% off or even the clearance. That #54 was in my get list for the longest. I got 3 at the $9.99! :haha:  Do you have any of the MJ ones? I want to get 3 or 4 of his face brushes in the next sale. I think I have Sienna. I'll have to check when I get home. I find the best way to use these if you have bags is to use a dry sponge/beauty blender. And just apply the powder and go do something else while it meshes with the skin. It looks way more natural that way. I've seen the YT girls do it (they say they're letting it cook *eyeroll*) but I find I like how it blends afterwards once leaving it to settle on the skin for a bit. Have to tried those MAC dual ended colour correctors? One of my friend uses the one with the orange on one end and really likes it. I've heard good things about the Ruby Kisses one but haven't tried it and even better things about the Sacha Cosmetics buttercup one. I played with that when it first came out, but I figured it wasn't a good buy since the other end seemed unusable to me. Those YT girls and their lingo. :eek:hboy: Every time I blend my blush all I think of is "I'm blowing it out". That's what I hear them say about blending blush or eyeshadow. Whenever I hear that I think of a sports injury.

Yup! And I can have a thousand bucks in my paypal account and if I try to pay a vendor using paypal, it won't let me use the funds in my account, I still have to pay with my card through paypal. It sucks but I'm still grateful that I'm able to receive the rebates altogether.

You're welcome! I think you're on the right track. Hiding how you feel won't help you and we all have our down moments but deciding not to stay there is what brings us through! Keep on fighting girl and smiling with that pretty face. There's too much life to be lived!!

Yup
