I stopped at Saks and picked up the illuminating duo and the peach primer. The lighting was so bad I was afraid to get the powder foundation. I was short for getting the $50 off so I decided to get a blush, Love Lust. It's been on my list for awhile. My SA showed me the book of upcoming stuff. Most of it we've heard about. She did have a duo cream eyeshadow coming out like the ones from this summer. She said it was a dark blue color, there was only one of these. Also, Black Orchid lipstick is coming back in a limited edition black tube. She said it would be a bit more because of the tube. There looked like a lips & boys trio too. But that might have been for holiday. She mentioned the brow trio thing had one color that was waxy. She was excited about the brow trios and the eye/cheek thing we've seen. I can't recall anything else not mentioned already. She said she would let me know when the stuff comes in.

Off to Tom Ford store to pick up my cream color. Well, the MA there was quite knowledgeable about the products so I ended up getting the cream color and the powder foundation. Oops! He did mention that the cream color was used over Cocoa Mirage on the runway. Another hint that I need to get Cocoa Mirage.

So what do you think of the duo & primer???? Cocoa Mirage is nice but dupable. I'm sure you have dupes in your massive stash. What color is the "cream color" you mentioned????

TF is changing his brown cases to black. I knew about Black Orchid coming back and it will be crazy time for all who missed out prior. Their big campaign is the 25 Boy's on 12/1. With the price increases, and bills out my ears all due at the same time. I will have to be on a very strict makeup purchase diet.

I was told today that it was in conjunction with a Noir-themed collection launching in November- which also will include a super-Noir eyeliner, waterproof mascara, etc. The impression I had was that the black cases were LE only.

I picked up Moodlight today, despite my stated intentions to skip. I couldn't help myself once I tried it on.

Pro tip: my SA did something ah-mazing by popping a bit of the darker shade in the middle of my lid on top of my eyeshadow for the day (NARS Pasiphae, but she said she's been doing it with most dark shadows). Stunning.

This is the impression I got from the SA who is the counter manager. I hope they don't go all black packaging. She didn't mention a noir collection but maybe those products were mixed in with everything else. I am trying to remember the color of the packaging of the eyeshadow duo. I know it wasn't white.

Oh, the eyeliner will be similar to the potted Noir eyeliner in terms of intensity, just in stick/crayon form. Sign me up for about 10.

I don't know about the primer I need to try it on the face. I tried it on my hand and it felt really smooth. I've just gone primer crazy lately. I've gone from wearing none to wanting to try them all. I didn't even swatch the duo. Terrible. I knew highlighter junkie in me would buy it anyway. But the guy at the Tom Ford store couldn't resist putting some on me even though I told him I had just bought it. Yeah Cocoa Mirage is dupeable but . . . The cream color is the AW15 you got.

The mascara has sparkles in them. One is blue and the other I think is gold. You are correct about it being the Noir theme. Packaging is really awesome. Perhaps as with the summer white, the new black will become the norm. Not really sure, but all I heard was raving about the new black packaging.

I'm hoping all are permanent shades. I lost my mind last go round. I was thinking from upcoming products I was good because I only want the eyeshadow duo, So Vain lipstick and maybe the eyebrow palette. I don't want to go crazy with the lips and boys again.
