I feel like that's always the case. Moving from Montreal to NYC totally opened up more options in everything period. Especially online shopping, perks, variety, etc.

Look under your account info in points status----there should be 2 entries--one showing the regular points earned
and the other showing the additional points. Mine showed up immediately after I completed my order.
