I was just on the phone with a VIB Rouge customer service person and they said IT IS happening today sometime during their normal business hours Pacific time.

Employees got 1st dibs n there are only 4 of each 1,000 2,000 n 5,000 point rewards. Just got off phone with VIB Rouge hotline. Neiman Marcus is now my cosmetics shopping stop

Ugh yeah, I highly doubt they only made 4 of the 1,000 point rewards. In any sweepstakes (cause that's what this is turning out to be), there's always more of the lower prize and less of the higher ones. It doesn't make sense otherwise. Then again, this is Sephora we're talking about.

From experience, the phone CSAs are clueless. I get way better customer service from their FB CSAs!

And I am pretty sure whatever the info they give out, they wouldnt definitely tell the employees got first dibs and there isnt much left!!

All these rumors about a delay and quantities etc this is getting insane! I'm picturing an angry mob in my head when this launches. There's no way there's only 4 of each!!

OMG. If that is true, that's beyond insane. People haven't slept or moved from their devices and there's 4 in each? And those links are getting passed around on IG as others said, this sucks.

Sad that phone cs with them and MAC are apparently useless huh? Listen, the minimum should be at least about 200 if they want to be cheap, nothing less. They're Sephora for Pete's sake!

I'm pretty sure we just shouldn't listen to anything and keep waiting it out lol. People are going to try and discourage everyone to try and get them to give up.
