Anyone here looking to get the YSL couture eyebook? Ive done a bit of research on their shadows and they seem to be of high quality..(blendable and good pigmentation). Just curious if anyone else has good experience with these shadows

So, I called the Conceirge Line and the rep told me that she couldn't give me a specific time-which I expected-but she said early to mid-day was when the rewards should go up. She also said there should be a separate email sent to all customers in order to give everyone a fair chance.

Yeah but with MAC we always get the email well after a launch time. By that point it's already sold out or you purchased and went about your biz.

Don't we wish! They don't put times, that's a surefire guarantee of site-crashing. This way people will drop out, etc and things may go a bit more smoothly. Bit.

She said it was separate from the Fall email and I'm sadly assuming it will be like Mac and we'll receive the email when everything is gone. This promotion just irks me because I wouldn't mind trying and not getting it. The fact that they make it so vague-after the random 4:30 am fiasco-brings the extra aggravation.

The worst part is that this is once again going to favor west coast. Last middle of the night wasn't super late for west coast; this will be smack in the workday for east coast.
