There seems to be no rhyme or reason to their shipping. My order from the 5th didn't ship until this past Tuesday and was delivered today. I can't think of a company from whom I order regularly that takes this long to ship orders.

Nyx has awful shipping too. They take several weeks.

I won't wear liquid lips, too old. I did get excited by ColourPop and jumped in.. And that's about it though. Nothing is getting used at all. It was only searched and I just have boxes here of blushes, highlighters, eyeshadows, some lippies, and I feel stuck. Does anybody else feel stuck with ColourPop? Like it's gorgeous to have and so unique to collect.. But... ?

I got mine yesterday with no shipping update, again lol. What the heck. At least I know what I ordered now! Clueless, Kapow, and Be Dazzled. Holy crap Be Dazzled is such a bold, gorgeous purple. Kapow is a cool shade too, but I ordered Jeffree Star's Posh Spice yesterday and now I'm thinking they're going to be really similar. I guess we'll see when the Jeffree one comes!

May I ask how many ColourPop users are a cupcake in a world of muffins? Or one of many cards they send?

I was supposed to get mine yesterday but the tracking updated to Monday. I also got Jeffree Star Posh Spice and Kapow. My guess is that Kapow is a bit darker. CP might have cheaper prices, but if my Jeffree lipsticks get to me in less than a week, I'm saying goodbye to CP! I'm done with this mysterious-ass company that can't get their shipping game together.

I got posh spice too and jawbreaker along with the two cp liquids that look similar so I guess I'll see how they compare I've never tried jeffree's lipsticks I hope I like his formula I hear it's good. I also grabbed abused and blow pony. I have no self control.

YES. It's not that hard to hire people to pick and pack orders. (I used to do staffing for companies that needed people short term for just this purpose!) Their profit margins are probably slim but they're doing okay sales-wise so I'm still not feelin' it. I've re-sold most of what I've bought from them anyway. I ship pretty fast, too

Yup, I've said it before, I HATE CP's shipping. I'm on the Easr Coast as well, and I typically forget I placed an order with them when it finally arrives. I'd like to try more of their items but the shipping wait and issues I've had with them shipping first class parcel has stopped me far too many times.

I agree but then I remember how much they give away for searching and you tubing... What do they sell? Id like to get rid of all of my once touched for swatch ColourPop because it's just not getting used! But.. I like that they feel cool. Lol

See I like the Jeffree Star lipsticks but they do not last very long on me. I don't know what I do wrong because everyone always says how awesome they are lol. As much as I hate how long ColourPop takes to get to me, these lipsticks last a heck of a lot longer on my lips than a lot of other ones do.

Anyone still waiting on their liquid lipsticks? I ordered August 5th right after they launched the new ones and I've gotten nothing and I normally get my stuff quick since I'm in Arizona. I don't even remember which email I ordered with since I used an old email to get the promo code discount lol.

Send them a message! My last order was in the "pending" status for approx. 2 weeks. I sent them a message and they responded immediately. They apologized for the oversight and my order was shipped out that day. Sad to say, but I believe they're overwhelmed and probably under staffed and unable to fill orders in a timely manner.
