My fall order arrived today!

Oh Snap, Contempo, Grunge and Nevermind. Oh Snap doesn't really work for me as a lipstick, but I love the other 3. Nevermind in particular is great, it has the best formula of any dark purple I own.

Central Perk, Stereo, Boy Band, Party Time and Mixed Tape. The shadows are gorgeous. Stereo just looks glittery in my swatch but in real life the sparkles turn it into the most beautiful pink/gold duochrome with a brown base. Similar to the MAC Dazzleshadows. It's a must have IMO. Mixed Tape is my perfect grey taupe. I'll definitely be backing up both.

I've never ordered from colourpop before and I'm interested in the metallic eyeshadows. Particularly Rex. That'll be a nice color for the holiday season coming up. I like the look of stereo too so I'm just holding off on my order until they restock.

I'm in love with poison lippie and liner it's a beautiful red Worn it yesterday date night and it worn well the whole night I want yet another set

I used NYX slim lip pencil in Currant.  I like the NYX liners as they are inexpensive but work well for me =]

I'm going to sell most of the fall stuff I bought. It's hard to bring myself to use a lipstick that isn't a liquid lipstick at this point. Two of the shadows, Straight Trippin' and Plaid, are too dark to apply with fingers. Mixed Tape is a favorite, though. I want to order backups but they'd probably dry out.

I have used your typical blending brush with the mattes. Depending on the shade, they can be super creamy (ex. Farah from Megan Naik is ridiculously pigmented) or on the drier side. To be safe, I just swirl my brush in the pot rather heavily to ensure that product is being picked up. It's worked so far~

Sephora has a stiff crease brush that I like to use, like Lavender said, just be a little heavier when packing the color on your brush.

I got the email. Fern is one of my favorite lip liners and it is now GONE!!!! Bummer. Are any of your favorite shades on the good-bye list?
