I had to go back and re-read b/c this is just disgusting. Like we're a bunch of dummies. I'm a makeup junkie AND a scientist. I know what is hazardous and will slow my shipping down. I also know terrible customer service. Geez, Sephora is just killing it this year!

Yep, I would not let her off the hook ..I said well I know that my powder is not hazardous (well, only to my bank account lol). Then she would just say ...it's only one more day. We need to have time to process your order blah blah blah. I never lose my cool with them. I'm always firm when they get snippy or rude & I stay on the merits of my complaint. She didn't care what I said. Yep, Sephora has soo declined in the CS dept.

Honestly elegant whenever i would call VIB line i would always get like someone you had today. So I gave up on calling because i just get upset and they dont give a damn

I am asking because there you can always check type of service sephora chose to send your package

so it doesn't matter if it's only one day longer than flash if it's not 2 day it is not damn flash
they have been sending mine with ground lately .

Yes. Actually it's on my hubs account. They chose ground at the warehouse which is slower.

I argued that point that it's NOT 2days but she had such an attitude ...well, it's only one more day...she kept saying it over & over.

It's just unbelievable! Other than emailing & calling again, I don't know what else all of us can do. you would think they would be trying harder to please their customers after the epic fail. Yes. I'm soooo freaking sad!!! I was waiting for Nordie's to get them and now when I log on to purchase it lets me put in my bag then when I checkout it says I have nothing in my bag:(

Did you try calling? Seems something is up with their site today. It's in stores already- do you have a store near you?

Thank you! I was able to order from Nordstrom. Now the question is whether anything is bu worthy. I try to stay away from bu's but everything is so gorgeous.
