Now I NEED the perfect powder brush for these......all I have for all over face is an old Chanel (brass ferrule)...I enjoy Real Techniques a lot and saw that suggested a while back...what are thoughts of that vs. Japanese (Hakuhodo, TF, Wayne Goss, Chikuhodo, etc.) vs. MAC (even ones technically made in Japan just are different from my other Japanese brushes, so gets its own category). I will probably use these all over as opposed to highlighting unless they are whoa shiny.

I'm using it as a finishing powder and plan to use my Tom Ford Bronzer brush---It's like a rare beautiful Himalayan cat on a handle.

Its really a beautiful compact! I'm afraid it will look ashy on me once I try it

it's super white! I'm nc30 in mac foundation

It's supposed to be translucent like the Nars one. Having said that, who knows. I doubt that it will look ashy, but I am curious as to how it looks on darker skin tones.

I think many people were just excited and didn't read the product descriptions---I was all over it day 1 because I LOVE the Guerlain L'Extraits.

I actually did!! Not sure if i used way too much or because i didnt prep properly, it feels a tad tacky right now (though not annoyingly so) but the shade is gorgeousss!!!

Update on the rude sephora cs call. I called the rouge vib line this morning & she was very very nice. She apologized all over the place, said that the previous cs chic's comments were completely unacceptable, gave me 500 points :cheer: & forwarded the complaint on to corporate. Plus, they updated my shipping to overnight & its supposed to be here today instead of Thursday. So I would say that it was dealt with very well.

Yay! So happy it worked out. Why couldn't this all be done with the first cal? Seems that first CS girl needs some "retraining."

My life is just so busy, plus other than here I'm a fairly private person and I just do not have time for one more thing. I am not a fan of facebook at all.

No way---I'm a tech geek, but I never had any interest in FB. It was surprising to me that I joined Specktra----but after all, it was all about the makeup for me.
