The Matte and the Rouge G are the same color on me, however I love the matte finish better.
I think they are the same, and the finish is the only difference. I'm cool with that though because I will have one gorgeously packaged lipstick, and one cheaper (maybe better finish) liquid 'backup.' The color is

Can someone that has both the new Rouge G and the Matte please advise if the shade is the same as Georgia? I just purchased a George less than 2 weeks ago and if it is the same shade than I do NOT need another of the LE Rouge G. Also please confirm if the matte shade is BU worthy. I am trying to decide. I will not get my items until tomorrow.

Oh my speaking of brushes peeps.....you MUST get the MJ concealer brush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's A MAZING!!!!!

I just used it this morning because I just got it yesterday

I tapped it on the top of the new YSL concealer I got & used it all around my eyes. Ughhh...GET IT!!! The I used the 01 YSL Touche Eclat patted on top around my eyes "C" area & nose ...It made me look 13

anything to help an old bag look younger LOL!

I have not used the YSL Touche Eclat & wow does it lighten & brighten. It seriously makes you look youthful. LOVE

Good! I've worked customer service, so I know it can suck...but still, I tried to treat every customer with a new face and attitude even if the previous person was terrible. You just can't let it get to you because it will bite you back in the end (like this rep will probably get a talking to at the least).
I agree 100%!

I have two part time jobs and they're both in customer service. My policy is to always smile (many people seem to let this little feature slide) and treat EVERYONE with respect, politeness, and satisfaction as long as it follows company rules . There are so many faces that I've had to put and go the extra mile with a customer in terms of persuasion so that they can have what they want, and they usually leave satisfied and with no complaints. They usually complement me for excellent service, and talk to the managers saying that I pay attention to details and a bunch of other things. The worst experience I had was very recent in which a customer spout racist things at me because I asked a question with English words instead of Spanish (it's a dual language country, so dual languages can be spoken freely). Then he argued with the manager saying a whole bunch of xenophobic garbage and that I disrespected him for speaking English and in the end came up with a half assed apology in the likes of “sorry she got offended but I'm still right” and kept insulting me while his girlfriend laughed at the whole thing until they left. I wanted to shrivel up and cry that night but I still had an hour left on my shift and had other customers to attend.

I am so so sorry you had to deal with that. It's not just CS reps that can be pieces of work. I once was cussed out over a PENNY. The computer was insisting something be rang a certain way, so that the customer could ultimately have 50/60% off. In this particular instance, I could not override it...and honestly, the customer was giving me little reason to want to. So I excused myself, went to my purse in the back, and gave them their penny. They left still cussing but now in a very self-satisfied way...'See? I was right, and they can make it right. The customer is always right.'

This is not to say that EO was one of these customers...sounds more like she got the CS rep version of one. I'm glad the other rep was much better!

On the nordstrom sight, the LE rouge G is labeled as 62 Georgia...that's all the input I have on the matter. Hope it helped a little. If not, hopefully someone will respond with better information soon :)

Thanks YarahFlower, I saw that which made me wonder if it was the same color, just different number/name. Hopefully, my order will be here soon. I just checked the tracking and it is out for delivery today, so I am getting it today when I get home from work. Squeals with excitement.

on how the labels are being created because of a new system. She told me to call them in the morning if it isn't updated. She wanted me to cancel the item & have another one shipped out overnight.....I said no thank you.
I hate when the give excuses that have nothing to do with the consumer---that's their problem w/UPS---not your's---they need to work it out!!!
