At this point you have guess WHAT f-up will happen on major launch days on MAC's end. This is not a big mix up but it was enough for them to put a pause on orders which put devoted and obsessed members who haven't ordered as yet in a crappy waiting place (and that's assuming they will open it up again before the 1st).

So I just got off the phone with Mac...I'm getting refunded for the shipping and the lady said that everything is sold out. And that it's supposed to be back on sale (regular - not pre-sale) tomorrow. I told her I thought it was the 1st, and she said she was told tomorrow and that I should start checking tomorrow morning around 6am and if not tomorrow, then every day after. Sheesh.

The word "tomorrow" was just too much for me in that long run on sentence lol. I'm tired lol.

Did you get one of those $25 off codes from the Taraji collection mix up? Now's a good time to use it lol.

I placed my order at 9AM. No shipping charge. Sorry for everyone experiencing that snafooooo!

When I only had Selena items in my cart the Taraji code DID NOT work. I added 2 other things from my favorites list (not LE), then the $25 off code worked.

So I called Mac again and the guy I spoke to told me that there would be an email sent out addressing the shipping issue . He said at this moment he can't say for sure if they will credit or not due to the fact that it's a early release for a limited collection wtf???

Thanks for letting us know that there was no glitches during early access shopping for that collection. This is my first time purchasing during early access so I was hoping that this wasn't a consistent problem.

Not sure how their system works, but in processing, it would be nice if it allowed them to remove the shipping charge so when it dings to our credit card companies or Paypal, it's for the true charge. Most of the time our cards are in hold state until the merchant finishes processing.
