So I got the Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder in number 5. I find the texture of this powder to be amazing. I feels great on the fingertips and on the face. Number 5 is a great match for me and gives me a lit from within glow. I could wear 6 if I still lived in Florida or if it were still winter. I do however find it a tinge too red. Anyone else grab this? What are your thoughts?

I picked up #6. I like it so far. It adds a nice subtle worth, but I haven't worn it too many times yet.

Is anyone else a little ticked off that the Kat von D holographic alchemy palette went on sale today? apparently it was on sale for a few minutes, and then quickly changed to "sold out". I sent an email to Sephora customer service telling them how annoyed I was at this. I mean, there don't seem to be too many benefits for being VIB rouge anymore?

I found out via Instagram but of course it was sold out. Sephora did dirty in this case because KvD was consistent with the release dates.

It happened to me on the last big sale where I made multiple orders as items came back in stock. I emailed them and they responded in 1-2 days. They claimed sometimes the account may be flagged for review. The best thing to do is to report each individual cash back as not received and they will manually add it and review it for approval. I did it for 5 of my orders and received the cash back within a day.

Thanks dear! I hope I can go back & find all my emails/orders. If they know its a problem with Sephora, why don't they fix whatever the problem is. I don't buy their flagging story ;)

I have a total of TWELVE orders that they did not give me credit for. It shows the shopping trip, but no cash back. ugh

I just entered all of them & some they gave me right away & some they say they have to check on..huh. You have the proof.

Do you use an Adblocker EO? I always have to disable mine temporarily when I'm about to activate Ebates because I always have problems getting my credits when the Adblocker is on. I had even added Ebates to my safe sites but I still had issues. Once I disable it, activate Ebates and do my transaction, my credits usually come in quite quickly (often once the vendor ships). They are still a few that show up late and once in a while I have to manually claim them but Adblocker was the culprit it seems. *sigh*

I'm here struggling to find something to buy to use my coupon and I just got a gift card yesterday! I'm replenishing my Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer...I think I want to try the KVD Color Correcting Shadow Primer and one of her Lightning Liners. I would have loved to get the TF blush because it's cute but it looks so chalky.

I do use Adblocker, but it is disabled everywhere I use ebates. I didn't know that at first, but hubs told me to disable it :) It does create problems. Thanks doll!

WTH!! You can't use your code and a gift card?? I had no idea! That's ridiculous. It's not like someone didn't pay for the gift card and Sephora is losing money!

Too faced peaches collection is up on Sephora! I just bought the highlight/ bronzer palette and eyeshadow palette lol. Late to the game with the eyeshadow palette, but I'm excited nevertheless. I wanted the peaches blush too but it's sold out ( and wasn't even showing on the site until I searched in several ways). Apparently there was a crazy wait time with thousands of people on the too faced site tonight. Much easier to just get it from Sephora:)

I ended up getting three MUFE shadows and a new Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer in my winter shade. Not very exciting but I'm happy!

Is it just Sephora for you? So far it's the only one I'm having issues with. I got a lot of cash back after filling out that form over & over which took soooo long to do. I'm going to email them that this is an issue with a lot of people.

No, it's almost all my transactions at various retailers. It's annoying because I won't even use the little browser button anymore. To make sure I get the Ebates activated I'll go through the website and the store listing on there to trigger the shopping trip but even then my account will show the shopping trip was activated but no purchases completed.
A few times they have said they cannot credit me the money because they don't think my receipt aligns but it does. It's insane and I've written three feedback forms expressing how frustrating this is because my issue is just circling their drain with no real meaningful investigation on their end. They are shutting down my complaints. It sucks.

I noticed if you use the phone app to check out, 99% of the time, I receive cash back with no issues. Desktop purchases has been hit or miss for me. If I open another browser while checking out, it causes an issue. If you haven't installed the ebates button, I highly recommend installing it. I keep checking the button to make sure ebates is still tracking the order before I click submit. I hope that makes sense lol. I'm not really good at explaining myself >.<
